Hi. Erectile dysfunction, often referred to as ed, is characterized by a persistent and recurring inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Psychological (like stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance, depression), physical and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone) or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or parkinson's disease) issues can all cause ed, as can trauma to nerves and arteries (for example, from prostate surgery). The incidence of erectile dysfunction increases with age, but young men can also experience it. So, will have to find out the exact cause in your case. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds with rantac and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Having minimal white discharge is normal during the cycle. But if it causes pain during sex, if it associated with itching and is foul smelling these are signs of infection. It's better to get tested if she is having any infection and manage accordingly.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Acne can be caused by any number of things. Hormones,  greasy foods,  caffines,  exercise,  poor grooming, improper hygene. In short, anything that stresses or increases oil production and/or fails to clear that oil/dirt/bacteria off/out of the skin pores is going to produce acne. Now, the higher heartbeats,  adrenilene rush, and general sweatiness that comes with sexual arousal, masturbation and orgasm  certainly fits the bill. You want to reduce your acne? Wash your face and body more frequently.  Especially after sex or working out.  If you get sweaty, wash with an astringent. And keep those pores clean and open. This may require you to wash your face or affected body parts (wherever the acne shows up) multiple times a day. Also, wash your hands!  Before and after meals.  After using the rest room.  Before and after masturbation.  Whenver they get dirty. All these things can help clear/prevent acne.

What to do for stoping hair fall?
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Goodevening mam please do a hot water fermentation and then a a few active ankle toe movements and calf stretching. Kindly elevate your leg while lying down and then your pain will slowly reduce.

DEAR Lybrate USER. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals. B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. THANKS. AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP for 30 days THANKS.

Hi yellowness of teeth is caused due to plaque accumulation for a long period also called as calculus (hard form). I would recommend you to see a dentist for clinical evaluation.
