Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines which I won't recommend. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Sir/ma'am my right side of body is not that developed as my left why is this so please help.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science

Hye. Thank you for your query. Many a times you notice one arm appears bigger than the other? Or perhaps you're finding that when you're doing your concentration curls, you can lift 30 pounds in your left hand but only 25 pounds in your right. Muscular imbalances are in fact an issue that some people deal with as they progress through their training. In certain situations this can be due to participation in a particular sport where one side of the body is favored over the other and in other cases, it could be an occupational issue where you are performing one type of action over and over again and because of this you find yourself getting stronger on one side than the other. Usually the strength difference between sides will be what is most noticeable, however in other cases it can be actual size differences that are seen. Before coming to the final conclusion that you are actually larger on one side than the other though, be sure you do ask an outsider's opinion. It can be quite astounding what we think we see in the mirror and what others notice, so just be sure that the difference is what you believe it to be. If in fact you are stronger on one side than the other or you're having trouble getting into a fitted shirt properly due to the size difference, there are a few things you should do with your training to remedy the situation. Train your weak side with singular exercises or within your routine add more strength to the side which is leaner. Try to find the cause of difference. Maybe you are unknowingly working out too much on one side or working out with a wrong technique.

There is pain in my legs. And I could not able to lose my fat i'm getting fat please tell m how to reduce fat.
Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

I have a desk job and in the last 1 years and my weights is gone up 50 to 60 kgs. I want lose my weight. Please help me.
Hello, The nutritional recommendations for weight control include the following: - Emphasize weight control by exercising daily and not taking in too many calories. - The bulk of your diet should consist of healthy fats (liquid vegetable oils such as olive, soy, mustard, sunflower, and peanut) and healthy carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods such as whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, and brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. - If both the fats and carbohydrates in your diet are healthy, you probably do not have to worry much about the percentages of total calories coming from each. - Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits (six to eight servings per day). - Eat moderate amounts of healthy sources of protein (nuts, legumes, fish, poultry, and eggs). - Limit dairy consumption—other than nonfat dairy products—to one to two servings a day. - Minimize the consumption of red meat, butter, refined grains (including white bread, white rice, and white pasta), potatoes, and sugar. - Lose weight slowly. Lose no more than one kilogram (2.2 pounds) per week. More rapid weight loss results in the loss of muscle tissue. If you sustain a mild caloric deficit, you will lose fat. You lose little muscle or water this way. The weight stays off better. When you lose muscle, your body’s metabolism slows. This reduces your need for food. When you go back on your normal diet, you gain weight rapidly because you no longer need as much food as before. - Stress a balanced diet. The diet should be relatively high in complex carbohydrates and low in fat. Create a caloric deficit by combining caloric restriction with more exercise. Take in enough protein to help control appetite and maintain your muscles’ needs. For active people, this is approximately 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight a day. You will lose muscle if you cut your calorie intake by too much, regardless of how much protein you take in. - Exercise is critical. It is recommended that you exercise moderately for one hour a day. For the average person, the best exercises for losing weight include running, walking, and cycling. Your metabolism increases both during and after exercise, which causes you to burn calories at a faster rate all day long. Also, exercise helps maintain muscle mass, which is crucial for maintaining metabolic rate. If you can maintain your muscle mass during weight loss, you will be much more likely to maintain your new weight. Stay healthy, Stay strong.

Babies can't digest cow's milk as completely or easily as breast milk or formula. Cow's milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals, which can tax your baby's immature kidneys. Cow's milk doesn't have the right amounts of iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients for infants.

Effective Ayurvedic Treatment For Low Back Pain

Effective Ayurvedic Treatment For Low Back Pain

Ayurveda is an ancient healing technique that is very effective for today's lifestyle ailments. For many people, low back ache can be troublesome. While strong pills and capsules may give you temporary relief, they do not address the core issue and have a number of side effects. Ayurveda on the other hand, addresses the trigger and has no side effects.

Intrigued! Take a look at these Ayurvedic techniques to cure low back pain:

  • Cut out on spices: We may think it unrelated, but low back pain is often accompanied by indigestion. Spinal cord nerves connect to back muscles and digestive organs. Hence, a small change in your diet can have a great impact on your health. Spicy food aggravates the digestive system and has a drying effect on the body. By cutting back on spices and oil, the digestive system can work better and there will be less stress on the nerves connecting the spinal cord and back muscles and thus result in lesser back aches.
  • Warm your body: According to Ayurveda, back pains are caused by an increase in vata dosha or the amount of air and ether elements in the body. Warming the body can help lower these levels. Apply a heat pack to the back as a way of keeping the external body surface warm. Additionally, add warm food to your diet. This opens out any blockages in your digestive system and in turn reduces low back pain.
  • Padahastasana: Ayurveda is very closely linked to yoga. Padahastasana is a yoga asana which addresses lower back pain by opening up the digestive channels and allowing the vata dosha to flow easily through the body. To practice this asana, stand with your legs together and lift your arms straight above your head while inhaling. As you exhale, bend forward from the hips while keeping your back and legs straight. Try and touch your toes. Hold the position for as long as possible and come back to the starting position while inhaling.
  • Anuloma Viloma: Anuloma Viloma is a breathing exercise that balances the vata dosha. This is a technique that involves breathing from alternate nostrils. To begin, close the right nostril with your thumb and inhale through the left nostril. Close both nostrils and hold your breath for a few seconds. Then, release through the left nostril. Repeat this process, starting from the left nostril.
  • Bishop's weed seed tea: Tea made from the seeds of Bishop's weed is can provide instant pain relief from low back pains. This is suitable for men and women of all ages except those with heart problems.

The core principle of Ayurveda is to listen to your body's messages. These techniques will help you become more tuned to your body's needs and keep you free from back aches.

We have specialised medicine prepared for fat loss of ladies. This is successful in thousands of people. It works by converting extra fat to glucose and ensures complete consumption of glucose thereby giving you proper fat loss and natural shape correction. With this medicine, you can lose up to 5 kg per month. If you are interested in this treatment, kindly let me know. Detailed mechanism of action is as follows - - - This medicine locates extra fat, transports it to liver. This step gives you inches loss or figure correction. In the next step, the fat is converted to glucose, at this step, your apetite is reduced as your requirements of glucose are fulfilled out of extra fat. This way, dieting becomes very easy. In the next step glucose is utilised in cells as this medicine transports glucose and oxygen inside cell wall where with the help of mitochondria, the glucose is converted to Water and carbon dioxide. The water evaporates through sweat or urine and carbon dioxide is expelled through respiration. This is how fat vanishes and we get weight loss and shape correction. Regards

Even children who have medical, temperamental, and/or neurological barriers want to learn to eat the food their parents and other trusted adults eat, and push themselves along to do it to the extent of their abilities. Based on trust in the child’s drive to learn, grow, and master, the intervention is simple: parents learn to feed based on Satter’s Division of Responsibility (sDOR), which allows the child to master eating. While parents and helpers must be attentive to the child’s medical, developmental, and oral-motor issues, most feeding issues are the same as those of any other child. Stages in feeding look the same; they just come along more slowly. Challenges at each stage are the same; the child just works harder and longer to master them. Eating quirks are the same; it is just hard to sort out the “child” in these quirks from the “special needs.”Understanding causes will restore your trust in your child to do her part with feeding. To fully understand those causes, you and your child need to have had a full assessment, including longitudinal and developmental history and growth and, most particularly, feeding dynamics past and present. Most medical and even nutritional assessments don't address feeding dynamics and history, and it leaves a gap in understanding. Medical assessments and labs are helpful with respect to indicating whether your child has recovered from early medical maladies and/or has some other malady. Swallow tests and oral-motor evaluation are helpful for the rare child who has a significant mouth, throat or esophageal problem. Most feeding “problems” tend to be variants of normal and those that the child can work through on her own in the context of positive feeding. Some children are exquisitely sensitive to tastes and textures, have a strong gag reflex, and throw up easily. Children who are diagnosed as having sensory processing disorders (SPD), simply react negatively to certain tastes and textures and must be protected from pressured feeding so they can gradually learn to accept those tastes and textures. Some children get a late start with eating because they have medical issues and/or are fed by tube during their early lives. However, even if your child has any or all of these issues, once medical issues have stabilized, s/he can learn to eat the food you eat, provided you provide regular and unpressured opportunities to learn. That means you follow Satter’s Division of Responsibility in Feeding. You provide the food matter-of-factly again and again and eat and enjoy it yourselves, and your child joins in with family meals. Here are some typical causes of children’s food refusal: •Misinterpretation of normal growth and attempts to compensate: Children come in all sizes. A child’s height and weight are normal as long as growth is consistent, even if it plots at the extreme lower end of the growth charts or even off the charts so they have to be plotted using z scores. Trying to get a child to eat more or grow faster backfires by increasing the child’s resistance to eating and, in the long run, slowing growth. •Pressured feeding. Any sort of pressure—even subtle, indirect, manipulative pressure—makes feeding unpleasant for a child. Making feeding unpleasant for a child creates negative associations—fear, anxiety, revulsion—that interfere with the child’s ability to eat what and as much as s/he needs. Children who are pressured to eat lose their desire to learn and grow with eating, and give the impression that they will go hungry rather than eat unfamiliar foods. Extreme pressure from parents or therapists canmake a child give in and eat, but enjoyment in feeing is sacrificed for both parent and child. •Errors in feeding/misinterpretation of normal eating. At all stages, attempting to compensate for children’s normal extremes in eating behaviors can precipitate food refusal. From birth, some children don’t eat much, show little apparent interest in eating, or have atypical hunger cues. Even for the child who nurses well, the transition from semi-solid foods through the almost-toddler to the toddler period is full of pitfalls, any of which can concern parents, make them put pressure on feeding, and cause food refusal. •Stress. Chaotic or under-supportive family dynamics, often manifesting as lack of structured and supportive feeding, stresses children, and they eat less well. Children who have had negative early eating experiences associate any feeding pressure with those early experiences and eat less well under stress. Division of responsibility-based intervention. Have the right goal: your child’s developing positive eating attitudes and behaviors. S/he will relax at mealtime, enjoy being there, pick from the available food, eat or not-eat, ignore or matter-of-factly turn down food s/he doesn’t want, and ask to be excused. He should be given all homemade foods and not a diet chart based diet.
