Hi doctor, I have very healthy food habit. I eat lots of vegetables fruits fish every day chicken weekly twice & 5 eggs (only white) every day. I am on lean body development. I use to be 98 kg now I have cut down to 84 kg and my target is 80 to 82 kgs. I take whey protein once a day in the evening, I take 1 cup black coffee every day morning before my cardio and abs, I do morning work out for 1 hour after that healthy breakfast (otes nuts fruits) along with my BF I take food supplements like Omega 3 fish capsules1+ Shellac1+ Renerve plus 1+ AtoZ gold1+ liv521 every day. And at nite with dinner I take Omega 3 flex oil1+mega fish oil1. I do my weight lifting work out during nights, before my work out I take pre-workout. Doctor recently I have noticed different changes in me. 1) I feel very dizzy and I am forgetting wat to next (after I eat I will be fine) 2) I have to take long breath after 2 or 3 times I am fine 3) I have pain at my spin on my right side bum area. 4) my right side ear always get blocked when I give pressure I can hear air coming out of my ears.

Since your body is undergoing changes, it is normal to feel dizzy and pain in muscles. Make sure you take enough rest. Also the reason of forgetfulness is mostly due to overthinking or anxiousness. Please do not stress yourself too much, try to stay calm and happy. You are doing great!

Hi I am 22 yrs old. I was a big foodie. But am tryng to go on a diet now to reduce ma weight. Can you suggest me some diet food?

There are no diet foods. You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Have an early dinner if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3 times a week. Exercise can be anything that interests you. Maybe swimming jogging cricket football. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited. Any thing that you do and then leave is not the right thing. Diet is something you don' t go on or off. It' s what you take for life to nourish your body. So stick to a sensible eating plan and exercise routine that you can maintain. Not some diet that is in fashion.

I understand your concern... Single use of I pill do not affect the future pregnancy. I pill is actually high dose progesterone. Effect of it will last only for a month. But repeated use may cause menstrual irregularity and indirectly may affect the ovulation. There is no definitive study to prove its effect on future pregnancy.. So use an alternative contraceptive measure instead of repeated use of the pill.

Hello, Take time to have bread fast. Atleast you can have an apple, while driving to work. Pls dont skip the regular diet, which gives such side effects. Add protein supplement to your diet, which help you keep active. Also multivitamins. Calcium and bone health for back pain.

Since you are a runner, shin pain may be because of a tiny break in the bone of your leg. This is called stress fracture. It is due to repeated stress on your bone due to the running. In order to confirm an xray has to be done. The treatment usually involves rest and allow the bone to heal. Vit D and calcium might not help a great deal in the healing.

Your body type is such that you gain fat in your abdomen area. You have to eat clean and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

Fever with body pain with convulsions with hemiparesis are few symptoms of japanese encephalitis and as its a viral disease caused due to bite of a mosquitos and for preventing it vaccine are available and see to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

Mr. lybrate-user, If one is on proper treatment and blood glucose is in control then FBG should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%,<6.8. Therefore, looking at the details mentioned that is not the case. There needs to be a relook at the treatment, dietary intake and exercise schedule. Thanks.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Health drinks will not solve your problem. Loss of weight can be due to various reasons like change in diet, eating timings, stress, additional work or travel. So, assess what has changed and work on it. Eat small but frequent meals. Don't skip meals especially breakfast. Let each meal be nutritious and energy dense.

Hello, Low calorie diets are usually given for a day or two incase if weight loss plateau occurs. You haven't mentioned your weight loss requirement. You need to ensure even on low calorie diet you need to monitor and get monitored under a guidance of qualified nutrition expert,as following them is easy but maintaining and gradually coming back to normal diet is an experienced professionals job. Remember if such diet followed, even a slight negligence would leave you with relapse of the entire weight which you might manage to lose.
