Hi, from what I understand you are having halitosis (bad breath). There are various reasons for bad breath. To name a few, diabetes, hormonal changes, gingivitis. Since you also complain of bleeding from your gums, you may be having gingivitis. You should immediately see a dentist to get evaluated clinically and probably get scaling (cleaning) done. You can approach us for the same.

Diet for healthy smile -2
Pink healthy gums surround the teeth acting like a frame for the teeth, thus enhance your smile. Vitamin C found in citrus fruits like lemon and orange keeps your gums healthy and reduces bleeding gums as well.
Visit your dentist to remove plaque on teeth and keep your diet balanced with citrus fruits for a healthy beautiful smile.

Flossing is as important as brushing on a daily basis. Taking the floss all the way down to the point where the teeth and gums meet is the appropriate way of doing it.
