You. An do chemical peels which can help lighten the tan. Also always remember to put sunscreen at least half an hour before stepping out.

How to decrease weight in gym or a healthy diet after and before gym.Please tell.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Melasma It is a chronic skin conditionThat causes discoloration of face. It usually appears as brown, tan or blue grey patch on upper cheek/upper lip/fore head/chin. The primary reason is because of hormonal changes and exposure to bright sun light. It mostly affects women precaution 1.Choose a sun screen with a SPF of greater than 30 when going out door 2.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Use sun screen lotion 5.Take plenty of fruits and vegetables 6. Take Vit B12 supplement 7. Avoid stress 8. Apply topical de pigmentation agent like 25 hydroquinone/Tretinoin ointment after consulting skin specialist. If no relief, then micro dermabrasions Natural method of Treatment 1.Mix equal parts of lemon juice and raw honey, apply it over affected area, cover it with warm towel for 15 minutes and then rinse off 2. Apply a paste of turmeric powder and lemon juice to the affected area 3. Keep a slice of cucumber on affected area and wash it off after 30 min 4.Make a paste by mixing sandal wood powder and rose water, apply it on affected area and leave it for 20 min. Wash it with lukewarm water.

Pimples/ acne are usually an indicator of hormonal imbalance & poor diet / lifestyle. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Include other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, soup, lemonade, green tea. Avoid fried & spicy foods. Have at least 2-3 whole fruits daily. Consume plenty of vegetables, more in raw form.

I AM USING THESE MEDICINE FORM PAST 1 YEAR ON REGULAR BASIS BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN MY REPORT ALL THE REPORTS ARE SAME BEFORE AND AFTER TAKING MEDICINE. SHOULD I CHANGE THE DOCTOR.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The treatment of hyperthyroidism with antithyroid drugs is usually given for 18 months to 24 months. Then when thyroid function becomes normal dosage is either reduced or these drugs are discontinued. Thyroid function may remain normal or may again become over active. In that situation there may be some other treatment may be considered like radio active iodine or surgery. So you will have to continue the treatment for some more time with may be slightly increased dosage. Thanks.

Empty stomach causes gastritis. Take antacid tablet 1 before breakfast. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid constipation. Hope this helps u.

You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna and swapna dosh har churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.
