LDL level is higher than what it should be. Please avoid fried and fatty stuff and try to have natural high fibre food, also regular physical exercise helps Need for medicine is guided by the overall profile, of you don’t smoke, are not diabetic or don’t have a family tendency, then lifestyle modifications should work for now Repeat fasting lipid profile after 6 months.

I am facing problem with my left chest. I do not know what happen that there is difference between my left and right chest. Always my mood is on angry situation. I consult with doctor but they said that nothing to worry it will automatically fix with time. But I have been waiting from 2 years nothing happen yet. When I go to sleep if my left chest touch with bedsheets so its hurt and pain. So I cannot sleep properly.

You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take an ecg and take medications.

Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day. Take sitopaladi. Praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day. Take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea. .gargle with hot water (salted) avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

No you must continue it because your bp is just at the margin of what's acceptable, if you leave medicines it may get high again, take low salt diet, do regular morning or evening walks / light exercise daily, eat low fat diet, do some yoga and pranayam, sleep property.

There may be 10% side effect in d body while Bp medicines r administered but if not taken on time it may cause 100% damage of the organs.
