Better go for x ray and further scannings if it is bothering even after having medicines. Try to have enough sleep in night time. Have little warm glass of milk daily before sleeping. Abd listen some slow old music with low volume. Try to sleep atleast 10 hrs in a day.

My husband went through a normal check up.in that we knew his sgot nd sgpt value are 75 nd 150. So doctor suggested ultra sound abdomen.in that all are normal like kidneys, urinary bladder .everything. But the liver has mild hepatomegaly nd stage 2 fatty liver. Can you tell me is it a serious condition or it can be reversible.

yes it is reversible with the help of well selected homoepathic remedy. i wouls also like to know his total bilirubin level for diagnosis and to rule out any other ailment. and with these conditions hepatomegaly (which is enlargement of liver) and fatty liver is common. as if now u can go for dietary precautions like avoiding fatty and oily food . and for any further treatment or remedy suggestion i need to go for his total bilirubin first

Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) regular exercise: exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.
