Since from 4days I am suffering from fever temperature is in control only when I take tablets otherwise its increases and every day at night time temperature is increasing and I had taken blood test for dengue out put is negative now which test I should prefer now.

tab dolo sos when temp. Is high, and get few test done like cbc, complete urine exam. Platelet count, mp slide for malaria and widal test. Back with report. Thank you

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. consult for further advice

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required and also we have to rule out migrane as the cause of pain.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

Hi lybrate-user. It is due to abnormal gastro-colic reflex. A) take 20 ml himcocid liquid before meal b) take 1 tsf of lavan bhaskar churna after meals c) take 20 ml of audumbaravleha after meals do all these things for 15 days, it gives you good result, thanks.

Hello, madam, if you are interested in becoming pregnant and having hypothyroidism then it absolutely essential to control that condition effectively. Tsh levels should be below 2 mill units if you want to get conception and through out pregnancy tsh should remain closer to 2 milli nits / ml. If this is not done, conception may not occue, or fetal neurocognitive development will be affected and chances of premature birth and low birth weight as well as miscarriage may occur.

Hello, take bath daily twice - morning and evening. Watch it for 2 days. If still itching persists, then take sulphur 0/4 daily one dose in morning for 3 days. It will be alright. And drink more and more water 3-4 litres in a day.
