Before 3months I started ma dieting. I lost 3 kgs. But the thing is I wanna loose weight from my thighs & lower body. Im loosing weight from upper body. Now it luks odd. You should do thigh exercise and go for jogging, swimming and skipping. And don't take rice at night. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Your diet be easily digestible without fried, spicy, non irritant junk food. You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take proteins food.

Once I had a sports meet and I was having fever but even then I went for the race, after the race I got cramps that I couldn't even walk, I was admitted in hospital but I never fully recovered, now the problem is even after 6 years, I get the pain whenever I bend my knee fully, I did exercise and build leg muscles but still not much difference, what to do now.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
