Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Do regular exercise like weight lifting exercise and other muscle building exercise as it will help to gain weight. And do a medical check up. Eat more foods more frequently. Use bigger plate. Use 300-400 ml of whole bream milk. Eat banana, chikoo, grape, mango and other dense fruits and dense vegetables. Take more unrefined foods. Take protein like fish, egg, lean meat, tofu, cottage cheese, yogurt, mushroom. Add extra healthy fat in diet. Use weight gainer supplement. Eat nuts and seeds. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water but not just before and during meals. Sleep for 7-8 hours and lead a stress free life.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. Take honey and tulsi in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, weight lifting and other muscle building exercise. Eat extra more frequently. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Focus on healthy foods to gain weight. Eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.
