Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Dear lybrate user. Most of the back pain cases are due to mental, stress rather than actual spinal problems. Due to your prolonged sitting, the stres is also affecting yorur muscles. Just take an x ray to rule out spine problem. Then slightly changing sitting posture, exercise, walking for 5 minutes every hour etc will help you. Take care.

Hi, you can have irregular period till you are feeding your baby so get urine pregnancy test done if it is negative then nothing to be worried about you will be having your period regularly once breastfeeding will be stopped.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi Shameem, Your BMI is 26.3, which makes you slightly overweight. Normal BMI is between: 18.5–24.9. You need to reduce weight through healthy diet and regular exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. This should also reduce your LDL cholesterol. I would be happy to help you

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing.

Hello doctor I am 23 years, from Gurgaon. I am a working woman. My weight s 62kgs and I tried a lot to reduce it to 55 kgs and was successful too by doing dieting and gyming. But two months before I left gyming and now my weight comes back at 62 kgs again. Please guide me what should I do to maintain or reduce my body weight as I can not join gym due to shortage of time. Hello, There is no single cause of depression. You can develop it for different reasons and it has many different triggers. For some, an upsetting or stressful life event – such as bereavement, divorce, illness, redundancy and job or money worries – can be the cause. take Kali phos 30 ch , 5 drops once daily. If your BP is normal then take Ginseng 1x, 1 tab once daily after meals. Revert me after 10 days.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Daily whole body massage with chandanadi oil, followed by light exercises for 10minutes. Yogasanas- shavasana, sukhasana, vajrasana. Tips- 2 boiled eggs in the morning as well as in the evening with a glass of milk helps a lot. Banana shake twice a day. In summers you can take mango shake twice a day. Soak 4-6 dry figs in water and consume. Regular meditation. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important to gain wt. Having snacks at bedtime also help to gain wt. Relax after having a meal. Keep away stress. Sleep in the afternoon. Eat five or more meals a day. Include 3teaspoons of cow ghee in your daily diet. Avoid heavy exercises.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM (BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1.Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be OBroad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). OSun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

Looking at your question, it looks like you need to improve your fiber intake and also drink lots of water. Fiber intake can be increased by eating vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, etc naturally. If you are not very confident of improving through natural diet foods, then you can take organic supplements which are healthy. These are available with me. But an exercise for an hour with floor exercise is a must and should, else your very soon prone to diabetes,BP etc . Start exercise and diet from today.
