Dear lybrate-user, it is not worth to waste time on the girl who does not value you, it is better that you do not have to waste your precious time and youthful energy on her. Use your time wisely, remember that your life is too precious to waste on a person who is dishonest towards you. You deserve a better person. In the material world the boy says to the girl, “I love you,” and the girl says to the boy, “I love you,” but that as soon As there is some disruption in their sense gratification, there is quarrel, Separation. Lust is based on selfishness and as soon as the girl or boy finds selfish pleasures not satisfied, then the person selfishly becomes affectionate towards another person. She does not deserve you. You should feel happy that you did not waste your time on her. Do not become victim of her selfishness. Although one may profess true love, inwardly one’s real desire is to enjoy his own senses. We love someone as long as he or she satisfies our senses, and when such sensual pleasure dwindles, the so-called love dwindles with it. Thus the love affair ends in separation. What we speak of as “love” in the material world is actually lust, or a desire to serve oneself. It has no permanent basis; today I love one girl, tomorrow another, according to my changing fancy. Indeed, although a boy and girl may change sexual partners as often as dogs and cats do, in our modern idiom we refer to their sexual intercourse as “lovemaking,” as through the gross friction of two hot bodies could generate love. We speak of love so easily, but really in this material world there is no love—it is all lust. The difference between love and lust is like the difference between gold and iron. Both gold and iron are metals, but otherwise they are not at all alike.

Heart Attacks and Drinking Warm Water

Heart Attacks and Drinking Warm Water
Heart Attacks and Drinking Warm Water

Study shows reasons why chinese and japanese are more healthy inspite if they having weaker genes than indians.

The chinese and japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

It is very harmful to have cold drink/water during a meal. Because, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

French fries and burgers are the biggest enemy of heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this demon. Avoid them for your heart's health.

Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes.

If you are consuming your cooking oil in form of refined oil immediately stop consuming it and switch to sarso oil or cow ghee secondly make sure that the patient is walking at least 60 minutes in morning and after the walk of 60 minutes do 30 minutes yoga regularly if you want a healthy lifestyle otherwise the complications will only increase. Do not consume excess of salt and make sure that the salt which you are consuming is not iodized salt, only consume rock salt which is also known as sendha namak. For making your heart healthy give patient 300 millilitres of bottle gourd juice everyday you can also add 2 tablespoon ginger 2 tablespoon coriander 2 tablespoon shyam tulsi and 2 tablespoon mint juice in it, if given this juice after 60 minutes of walj regularly for 3 months then I take guarantee the patient will never have any heart problem for the next 30 years for more details and better treatment consult me privately.

I am 47 years old. My bp 130/90. Am I want to take any medication for this pressure.

I am 47 years old. My bp 130/90. Am I want to take any medication for this pressure.
Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

I am 54 year man. My bp read 160/90. What am I have to do ?

DM Cardiology
Cardiologist,
High blood pressure: secondary hypertension what is secondary hypertension? high blood pressure caused by a disease or another known medical problem is called secondary hypertension. Most cases of secondary hypertension are caused by kidney or hormonal problems. Normal blood pressures average 120/80 (" 120 over 80") but can rise and fall with exercise or rest. The pressures are measured in millimeters of mercury, with the upper number (120) being the pressure at the end of the heartbeat (systolic pressure). The lower number (80) is the pressure at the beginning of the heartbeat (diastolic pressure). If repeated checks of your blood pressure show that it is higher than 140/90, you have hypertension. If your blood pressure is between 120/80 and 140/90, you may need treatment for high blood pressure if you have other health problems, such as diabetes. How does it occur? many medical conditions, diseases, and medicines can cause secondary hypertension, including? narrowing of the arteries in the kidneys? narrowing of the aorta, a large blood vessel that supplies blood to the lower body? several types of kidney disease? excess secretion of a hormone called aldosterone from the adrenal gland? tumor of the adrenal gland? cushing's syndrome, a disorder in which there is too much corticosteroid hormone in the blood? medicines such as estrogen and oral contraceptives? abuse of drugs such as amphetamines, alcohol, or diet pills? pregnancy. What are the symptoms? high blood pressure may not cause any symptoms. Even secondary hypertension may have few symptoms. Symptoms are usually general and may include? headaches? dizziness? fatigue? restlessness and sleeplessness? nosebleeds? palpitations or an awareness of your heartbeat? general feeling of ill health? the need to urinate often? round or" moon" face, excess body and facial hair, and weight gain if the high blood pressure is caused by cushing's syndrome. How is it diagnosed? your health care provider will ask about your symptoms and will do a physical exam. Blood tests, chest x-rays, and an electrocardiogram may be done. Your provider will want to measure your blood pressure on three different days when you are relaxed and not in a hurry and have not had alcohol for 72 hours. Your medical history is an important part of diagnosis. Your health care provider will ask about your personal and family history of high blood pressure and heart or kidney disease. How is it treated? secondary hypertension is treated by treating the condition causing the high blood pressure. For example, if you have high blood pressure caused by cushing's syndrome, treatment for cushing's will lower your blood pressure. Your health care provider may recommend additional treatments to lower your blood pressure, such as diuretics or other medicines that reduce blood pressure. How long will the effects last? if the cause can be diagnosed and treated, your blood pressure should improve. If you are taking medicine to reduce your blood pressure and your underlying condition is treated, you may be able to cut down or stop taking the blood pressure medicine. How can I take care of myself? always follow your health care provider's instructions for taking medicines. Don't take less medicine or stop taking medicine without talking to your provider first. It can be dangerous to suddenly stop taking blood pressure medicine. Also, do not increase your dosage of any medicine without first talking with your provider? check your blood pressure (or have it checked) as often as your health care provider advises. Keep a chart of the readings? don't smoke? reduce the salt in your diet according to your health care provider's advice? with your provider's approval, start an exercise program that you can do regularly (such as biking or walking)? lose weight if you need to? limit the amount of alcohol you drink? try to reduce the stress in your life or learn how to deal better with situations that make you feel anxious? see your health care provider as often as he or she recommends. What can be done to help prevent secondary hypertension? most of the conditions that cause secondary hypertension cannot be prevented. However, regular checkups can help detect many conditions before they become serious, including those that can result in high blood pressure.

My father has done by pass surgery so is it reliable to eat banana or lady fingers?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Vadodara
My father has done by pass surgery so is it reliable to eat banana or lady fingers?
It is better to avoid both the things on daily basis, because lady's finger require more oil for cooking which is not good for heart indirectly and banana increases appetite and has more carbohydrates so not good if taken daily. You can have lady's finger once in 10-15 days and 2-3 bananas in a week, bananas have high potassium content so good for heart but not to ignore above mentioned points.

Hi sir what is the diet should be followed to prevent heart attack for the persons age above 50 male person.
Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people.

Dear lybrateuser, -it is good to be active & keep yourself busy as you are but in my opinion you should cut down a little on your tennis time as it may be putting a little strain on your heart as tennis is a hectic game, keep sometime for a walk which will cool you down after the game as well as be beneficial to you -spare sometime in the morning for meditation & deep breathing as they help to reduce stress & keep the mind & body relaxed -consult your cardiologist for further investigations, like tmt test, echocardiography, to asses your cardiac status & prescribe requisite treatment.

Dear Pregnancy causes changes in the hormones and the resulting changes in the internal belly. Cramps can be due to gas formation or acidity that is again common in early pregnancy. Encourage her to eat fresh natural foods, fruits and walk daily for about 30 to 45 mins slowly and comfortably. Make sure she stays away from any kind of food that causes discomfort, acidity, gas or is too heavy to digest. Regards.
