If your bp is because of hereditary reasons, you might have to continue the medication for life long. But you can control your bp with help of proper diet, yoga and meditation. Regarding the depression, do no take medication without consulting a doctor. Also contact a counsellor/psychogherapist who will help you to come out of your depression.

Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - one dose for pain when required.

You may be referred for a mammogram or breast ultrasound. You may have a breast infection, cysts or fibroadenomas - all of which can be treated. Remember that breast cancer usually does not cause sharp breast pain, but if you find a breast lump and it is painful, get it checked out and treated, another reason could be your pain is related to high stress levels or too much water retention . Try (Biochemic) Calc Four ,Kali dich,Kali Ars, Mag Sulph all in 12x potency. 3 pills each 3 times a day for sometime.

It would be best if you sit down with him and speak your heart out. You need to resolve the situation it can not go on like this forever otherwise one of you will fall apart. Ask him very politely as to what he feels, wishes, what is lacking in the relation. A person gets attracted outside relation usually when something is lacking in one's own relationship you need to build up on that. Ask him what does he want out of the relation, have a open heart to heart conversation. Share your wishes, desires your kid's future. Consult with me for counseling and guidance regarding same. All the best.
