It not advisable to do any surgery in first trimester of pregnancy, Given the risks, any surgery during pregnancy is generally avoided. But if the inflammation is severe, if there's an infection, or if the colic is acute, an operation may be necessary to prevent more serious complications. If you need gallbladder surgery, it will probably be done laparoscopically. In general, the goal of treatment during pregnancy is to reduce the symptoms and complications, and then treat the disease itself after pregnancy. If you had gallbladder disease that was controlled during pregnancy and no surgery was required, it's important to have a follow-up evaluation. Symptoms can occur in the postpartum period or later in life, so have an evaluation when you're not in pain.

It's good if you go for an abdominal ultrasound. The report may help to find out the reason. Be specific to the sonologist why you do scaning.

Yes it is very much your own baby. Egg is taken from mother and it is fertilised with sperm of husband but outside body under special conditions. When embryo develops it is implanted in the uterus of mother to be through mouth of uterus. She is watched for growth of embryo with the help of levels of rising hcg hormones and ultrasound tests.

You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion which you already did. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. No special treatment or tests are needed if you had only one miscarriage or spontaneous abortion.

Hi please relax. Enjoy your pregnancy. Once you ae pregnant, take care of your self and your baby. Eat well balanced diet and drink milk. Almonds, paneer, fish and eggs should be taken in good amount. Go for walk and di light exercise and yoga if your gynaecologist hasn't put you on bed rest.

3 Ways to Improve Lung Capacity

Lung capacity (or total lung capacity) refers to the total volume of air contained in the lungs after one complete inhalation and is a direct summation of your respiratory capacity and residual capacity (the amount you inhale and the amount your lungs can keep). A diminished lung capacity can stem from a number of conditions such as asthma, emphysema, lung cancer, or from bad habits such as excessive smoking. This, however, can be combated by a number of means.

1. Breathing exercises:

  • Deep breathing: Research has shown, that taking long deep breaths, which basically encompasses inhaling for as long as possible and holding your breath for about 15-20 seconds can work wonders in increasing lung capacity if it can be carried out several times a day.
  • Splashing water on your face: Splashing water on your face while holding breath lowers the heart rate, and prepares the body in the same way as if you were about to go swimming. This will automatically increase your lung's capacity to hold air.
  • Try meditation: Closing your eyes and meditating for long periods may also prove to be beneficial. The lesser the amount of energy that you expend, the more air the lungs can hold.

2. Physical exercises:

  • Engage in rigorous cardiovascular activities: Increased cardiovascular exercising, including aerobics, running, cycling is very useful, as it pushes your body to exhaustion, thus forcing your lungs to work harder - in turn, increasing its capacity.
  • Increase water-based exercises: Swimming or exercising in water is very beneficial for the body as it adds an element of resistance to your training regime and overworks your lungs to supply enough oxygen, making them work better.
  • Try exercising at higher elevations: This often works as a foolproof way of increasing lung capacity. Higher altitudes have lower oxygen supply. Thus, overworking your lungs by engaging in intense workouts can be very beneficial for your lungs.

3. Long-term training exercises:

  • Increase your resistance: Breathe in high quantities of air, and take time before releasing it completely and do it very slowly. This forces your lungs to hold air longer, thus stretching them out.
  • Overwork your brain: Try to breathe in extra - more than what you normally do. This forces your brain to work overtime to make sure that the lungs have the capacity to take in that excess air. This will greatly increase lung capacity in the long run.

Hello dear I understand your concern If you have taken Unwanted 72 with in 24 hours then it is upto 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. If between 24 to 48 hours then upto 85% effective in preventing pregnancy. So there nay be some chance of pregnancy is you have did sex in fertile phase of period. Unwanted 72 itself cause delayed in period by 2 week. If period will delay by more than 2 weeks then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy. Nausea could be due to side effect of pill Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. She has tight vagina or vaginismus- the muscles of vagina go into spasm. Give more time to foreplay. Change the position to she on top or she on knees and enter vagina from back. You/ she can put one finger inside vagina with some gel as lubricant and rotate the finger around vagina, gradually putting two fingers and rotating. This way vagina will relax.

As u r trying to get pregnant from only since last month, u should give ur body time to get pregnant for whole one year. As u have mense every 21 days u cant really predict ovulation date, which is 14 days before the expected date that means immediately after ur current menses. As u already had periods on time after last month intercourse, u cant be pregnant. Sometimes bleeding can occur even after u get pregnant, but it is very scanty and usually does not coincide with the exact menstrual date. If this menses were scanty, u can get pregnancy tested with home pregnancy test with urine to be doubly sure.

Choose your white foods carefully

  •     Avoid white rice, bread, pasta. These refined foods promote weight gain as they are digested quickly and cause your blood-sugar and insulin levels to spike.
  •     Making the switch to wholesome wholegrain varieties will help you maintain a healthy weight and keep you full for longer, as they are rich in fibre and help keep your blood-sugar levels balanced.
  •     Includes whole grain choices like whole oats, quinoa, brown rice, daliya, buckwheat, whole grain pasta and grainy bread add in your main meal.

Drink 2-3 litres of water a day

We often forget to keep our water intake up during winter, yet it is important to drink plenty of water all year round for good health. Don't forget air conditioning and heaters can be very dehydrating.


    Try to drink at least two litres a day. Herbal teas count too.
    There are many wonderful health-promoting teas to choose from such as ginger (great for improving circulation), green (a powerful antioxidant and can help promote weight loss), and chamomile (helps calm your nerves).


Eat protein with every meal

 

  •     One of the best ways to maintain a healthy weight is to eat good-quality, low-fat protein at each meal.
  •     Protein foods have a low gi and help to stabilise blood-sugar levels, which in turn will help curb sugar cravings and prevent you snacking on sugary carbohydrate foods.
  •     A good guide is to keep protein servings to the size and thickness of your palm. Some healthy protein choices include nuts, seeds, legumes (and legume-based foods such as hummus), egg white, fish, lean meat, chicken, low-fat dairy and soy products.
  •     Protein foods also help to create a feeling of fullness, preventing you from overeating.

Fill half your plate with fruit and veg salad

 

  •     At least half of your diet should be made up of fresh fruit and vegetables (including legumes).
  •     Fruit and vegetables are an excellent source of important vitamins and minerals including vitamins a and c, folate, iron and calcium.
  •     Purple, red and orange varieties are particularly high in potent health-promoting antioxidants.
  •     However, if you are watching your waistline, don't overdo higher-gi veggies such as potato, sweet potato and pumpkin.
  • Aim to have about three pieces of fruit a day. Try adding fruit to your porridge, and make stewed fruit have with muesli or natural yoghurt in the morning.

 

Start your dinner with soup

 

  •     Have a small bowl of low-calorie mix veg soup before your main meal to help manage your weight.
  •     Doing this is not only a great way to increase your vegetable intake, it can help reduce the amount of food and calories you consume in a meal.
  •     To save time, make a healthy vegetable-based soup at the beginning of the week and freeze portions.
  •     Don't forget to add immune-boosting ingredients such as garlic, ginger, onion and miso to help protect yourself from colds and flu.

Do not start your day with tea or coffee, instead, opt for fruits/ nuts or milk
Do not skip meals, eat every 2-3 hours in small portions to control weight gain
Do not leave your house without eating breakfast. It helps to control hunger pangs during the day
Have fruits on empty stomach or during mid meals for proper nutrient absorption
Do not have a very large meal at one time as excess gets converted to fat. Keep some space vacant in your tummy
Have a light dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. Do not immediately lie down after eating.
Do not binge on weekends. Choose wise options like salads, soups, grilled, roasted or steamed foods.
Have 35ml water/kg body weight. Keep sipping water every 20 minutes
Go for exercise in the morning as it helps to burn more fat.
Avoid midnight snacking as it can lead to digestion problems.
Go for regular health checkups to avoid problems later
Get a good sound sleep for at least 6- hours every night to re-energize yourself the next day.
