Hi I am 37 yrs old. In early age while playing I got hurt into my left leg's knee and below area. I had used different types of oil, tablets but no result. I feel my leg tired 7 paining.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. The cause could be multi-factorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, constitutional or some nutritional deficiencies. While the treatment options are limited, an attempt to prevent further graying can definitely be made. Meet a Dermatologist for better understanding and treatment plan. Increase intake of oral antioxidants.

weight is loos by decrease intake means food intake and increase out put means increase physical activities..... calculate calories intput and out put take following remedies 1.barleys soup at the time of lunch nad dinner 2.have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3.exersise atleast 45 min 4.eat all fruit-vegetable [ex.lauki,parval ,bendi,karela, 5 fruit=muskmelon,watermelon,papaya your weight will come down height its has chance to grow your height at the age of 20 yr if it will grow then very slowly I suggest you some natural remedies 1.flaxseed powder 1tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2.lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day

These finding dose not confirmed the fatty liver, these reading almost normal, if you suspected for fatty liver go for lipid profile check up, in fatty liver condition triglyceride is raised some time. You should avoid alcohol intakes if taking. Take arogyvardhani vati 2tab morning and 2tab evening, if any kind of problem in liver they may correct in 1-2 months.

1.Fish and omega-3 fatty acids Eating fatty fish can be heart healthy because of its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce your blood pressure and risk of developing blood clots. In people who have already had heart attacks, fish oil — or omega-3 fatty acids — reduces the risk of sudden death. I recommend eating at least two servings of fish a week. The highest levels of omega-3 fatty acids are in: • Mackerel • Lake trout • Herring • Sardines • Albacore tuna • Salmon • Halibut You should bake or grill the fish to avoid adding unhealthy fats. If you don't like fish, you can also get small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from foods like ground flaxseed or canola oil. You can take an omega-3 or fish oil supplement to get some of the benefits, but you won't get other nutrients in fish, such as selenium. If you decide to take a supplement, just remember to watch your diet and eat lean meat or vegetables in place of fish. 2. Walnuts, almonds and other nuts Walnuts, almonds and other nuts can reduce blood cholesterol. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, walnuts also help keep blood vessels healthy. Eating about a handful (1.5 ounces, or 42.5 grams) a day of most nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, some pine nuts, pistachio nuts and walnuts, may reduce your risk of heart disease. Just make sure the nuts you eat aren't salted or coated with sugar. All nuts are high in calories, so a handful will do. To avoid eating too many nuts and gaining weight, replace foods high in saturated fat with nuts. For example, instead of using cheese, meat or croutons in your salad, add a handful of walnuts or almonds.
