How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. •Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. •Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets. Novelon are contraceptive pills, it is known to cause breast tenderness or pain, abdominal pain, nausea, edema & head ache, at times skin rash, itching, sleeplessness etc. It contains low doses of female hormones, usage of this medicine inducing cancer breast is not known, however my suggestion is to look for alternative contraceptive methods like iucd's etc which your gynecologist can suggest.

I do understand your problem, being at the stage of achieving in your studies or career goals, really it is a difficult situation. But, you are not alone. Everybody has this problem in varying degrees. Only the intensity is more in your case. We call this performance anxiety. Fear of failure increases the anxiety furthermore that acts as a barrier to good performance. Nothing to worry. You can easily overcome this problem if you have a strong will to change and practice a few suggestions mentioned below. 1. Learn and practice the techniques kapalabhati and naadisuddhi from a good yoga teacher, which can reduce your physiological arousal such as heart palpitation, rapid breathing, uneasiness in the stomach, sweating, shivering etc. Whenever you face such fearful situations. 2. Also do santhiasana/savaasana 10 minutes everyday using an recorded voice instruction of your yoga teacher (i can upload mine if you contact through private question). This regular practice will soothen your nervous system and calms your mind down. 3. You can also practice mental rehearsal, sit with closed eyes and imagine that you are performing in a stage without fear, repeatedly. 4. One more techinique is graded exposure in which you can approach the feared situations in divided targets. For example, you can present your speach in front of a friend till you feel good, then present in front of a few people like your parents or other relatives till you feel easy. Then to a group of 10 people and so on. 5. Aqequate preparation is also an important component. Efforts never fail.

Human beings have different shades of teeth. Do not worry that your teeth is yellow. See to it that you have no habits. Smoking, pan, gutka, over usage of black tea or coffee and coloured soft drinks. Vigorous and repeated brushing can do only more harm. Brush only two times a day. If you are still worried consult a dentist and undergo bleaching procedure which is a tooth whitening technique. Repeated brushing will cause loss of enamel which will lead to sensitivity and yellow colour. Use a soft brush.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200, Badiaga 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

As per your description it seems like you have congenital (hereditary) small lateral teeth. And tretment will include braces tretment + smile design both. First by braces they will be aligned and then smile makeover (exact terminology - ceramic or indirect veneer,) will do the rest.

Hello do not stop your seizure medications for yourself as it can provoke a seizure. Newer antiseizure medications have least side effects except for drowsiness. I suggest you to continue allopathic medications. Consult your doctor and discuss about the side effects if required they may change the drug. Take care.

My age is 23 the thing is very serious for me. Last years I completed my btech from DELHI with distinction and joined GATE coaching in june 2015, bt in October some infection happened in my penis it started paining I went for doc. I got cured then I started to feel that I will ejaculate any time any where without any erection or such feeling. I was very worried doctors said it's because of tension or smthng I continued to feel. So it affected my life too badly, many times I even EJACULATED without erection in the middle of anything. I fell into DEPRESSION, I talked my parents they were away in hometown they did every possible thing bt I was very nervous I ATTEMPTED a SUICIDE on 29 jan. 2016 I CUT MY WRIST. Anyhow TENDONS were safe my parents rescued me to hospital nothing serious happened. On 8th FEB. I gave my exam I EVEN QUALIFIED, bt things have changed since then I don't like to face my old friends It starts choking when I talk to someone I don't really want to get out and meet people though it's about 5 month now I don't understand what people will think of me when they would know this phase of mine because the reason is so awkward how to get out I am not understanding, I can't get back the confidence for a fresh start. I know people will think I am a looser my thinking has completely changed I spend all day at home don't want to start a job I am stuck PLEASE HELP if you have read this. I will like to explain my situation further.

So, if you could manage all that hard work -- I am very sure you can manage your life as well. Please do not loose heart and remember your good past-- you are an achievers--these small tensions can not pull you down. Believe me-- you only need some help and this can be cured. Dear, I can understand the problems you are facing with your health, the diabetes (sugar) and hypertension (blood pressure), are both life long disorders, and daily medication also the disease itself can sometimes lead to some depressive symptoms, my advice is not loose hope, try to do some regular exercise as it will reduce your stress and you can regain energy levels, maintain your sugar and bp levels with medication, and do activities which which you feel can relax u, avoid lot of tv and movies, eat fresh and have a walk, for any other advice please feel free to contact me personally or via lybrate.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

Hello, Is she having cane scar marks or an injury mark? For acne marks - Let her wash face with Bakson's Facewash (with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater ? apply this on face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: She can take homoeopathic medicines ? Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day ? for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.
