Hi lybrate user, ur baby wt for 22wks is fine, if u inc 7 kgs also it's ok, but u need to improve ur nutrition take more of protein food like milk twice daily, paneer, soya, all pulses n add nuts like kaju, almonds, pista n walnuts .

Hi, I would first and foremost advise you to not panic. Given your description, apparently, there is no major reason to worry. However, do meet up a general physician in person, and get a urine routine done, test for occult blood, if any. Sometimes, owing to strenuous exercise, work out etc, there may be blood in urine. In the meantime, do stay hydrated, consume at least 8 to 10 glasses of filtered drinking water. Take mostly leafy greens and fresh fruits. Restrict flesh foods. Do walk daily and stay relaxed. All the very best and take care.

Hi, first of all do self examination of breast with your hand kept flat on breast, pressing it against ribs, moving on all around breast. If you feel any lump under your hand, go to doctor or get done your ultrasonomammography done & send me report. If no lump felt, report me.

Kegels exercise for vagina tightness An effective practice to make your vag tighter is by engaging in regular tightening exercises which are commonly known as kegels. The best part about this method is that it can be done anywhere without the world even noticing about it. These exercises target the kegel muscles which supports your pelvic floor and forms the base of the vagina. By performing kegels, you won’t just be strengthening your PC’s, but you would also be strengthening other muscles that are found on the PC floor. As well as helping to tighten up your loosevagina, Kegels help to prevent conditions such as incontinence which results when the muscles that support the urethra weaken. When doing kegels, you need to first locate which muscles you are targeting. When you have to urinate and you tighten the muscle in to grasp urine, those are the PC muscles. They are the ones you want to work on. How to perform kegels: Contract: In order to perform a kegel, slowly tighten your vaginal muscles as hard as you possibly can. Release: Hold your muscles for a couple of seconds, and then relax. Improve: Start slowly and try to build your kegel regime gradually so you don’t harm yourself and so you can slowly build-up the elasticity in due course. Repetitions: Start by doing about 10 per day and then you can get used to 50 or 100 plus. Safety: Ensure that you are performing them appropriately so you can start the tightening procedure.

hi lybrate user, you should be active do routine activities daily walk for 40min you can start with 30min walk daily. eat healthy balance diet. diet should be rich in fruits, protein and vegetables.

Iam 24 female. Iam having hypothyroid. But now it decreased. My hemoglobin was 11.9. I think iam not having anemia. But still iam having irregular periods with absence of blood flow. Last 2 months iam not getting periods. What should I have to do? Is my periods get back normal? Pls help me.

For irregular periods you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, and testosterone, ultrasound test of pelvis. Also adjust your thyroxine dose.

If you have developed sciatic nerve pain during your pregnancy, try shifting your side and sleep with as many pillows as you feel comfortable with. Also, if you lie on your side with your upper leg bent at the knee and supported by a pillow, the pressure on the sciatic nerve can be relieved.
