I'm unable to insert my penis into my wife's vagina. I'm able to insert my one finger into vagina. But unable to insert two finger. I met gynecologist she said my wife's vagina ok. You have try. You are not able to insert penis into your wife's vagina. I advice you to do foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes before going for sex. During foreplay, touch her body, lips, boobs and vagina and clitoris. Clitoris is the most sensitive part of female genitalia. This will excite her and open her vagina. Do sex, when she is fully excited. During insertion of penis in vagina, her feet should be in the air, not on bed, this will prevent her to contract pelvis which will hinder in penetration of penis. Follow this and give feedback.

Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month. Thanks.

Massage daily with warm til oil. Take one spoon ajwain, boil it in 1 cup water, filter and drink on an empty stomach in morning. You wont feel stiffed knees.

I am 25 female. Suffering from major breakdown in every area of my life. One bad incident and whole life came crashing down. I am trying very hard to deal with it but it just seems impossible to come out of of. Death seems to be the only way to freedom from this struggle. Hello. I am 26 years old. I am a skinny guy and want to gain muscles. I started doing the exercise regularly from last 3 months. As nutrition point of view I eat two bananas, two eggs and some amount of dry fruits regularly. So I want to ask you that do I need to take whey protien and also want to ask you that is whey and casiene protien are complete safe. As my friend told me that those protien causes decrease in immune strength, decrease in sex power etc. Or these are nothing but just myths that have grown around. Please suggest me the best way. I want the answer about the use of whey and casein protien from nutritionist. Please answer my question.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. I have had dandruff issues from the childhood. When I was a kid I used to shave my head to get rid of it. But now since I am working I cannot shave my head. I was never able to get rid of dandruff. Hi Gaurav, Over weight with weakness is a result of consuming high calories with low intake/ low absorption of Vitamins and minerals . To reverse both ( excess weight and weakness) , we need to consume low calorie food with good nutritional value of Vitamins and minerals. Take 750 mg Trikatu Churna , 1/2 an hour prior meals . It seems to be a normal finding and drops are coming from the retention of urine in the preucial skin and the penile urethra.

Being ypu are so young you are moving into sun light. It'sunburn. Use cap if you are going into sun light. Wash your face with keva aloe face wash dry than apply keva B B cream morning end night. Dr. Tare.

Hi, knee pain in your age will be usually patellofemoral pain/ anterior knee pain. You require knee cap application, physiotherapy and medications. Usually your pain increases on climbing stairs, getting up from chair /floor or walking uphill.
