Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As per your symptoms your are suffering from flatulent dyspepsia. To overcome these problem try these easy tips. 1. Eat more of fiber diet. Salads, fruits and sprouts will help a lot. 2. Keep a regular exercise schedule of min 20mins. This should include either fast walk or jog. 3. Do not eat at once. Keep a mini session at an interval of 4 hours. Do not increase the quantity of per day meal. Just break the meals in parts. 4. Drink a lot of water in between two meals. These will help a lot to get relieve from the bloating. But for food sensitivity I would suggest go for homoeopathy. We have good set of remedies for the food allergies. Feel free to ask more.

eating three meals a day, no matter what’s in them, isn’t going to help you bulk up. ] Your body burns calories fast, so you need to feed it more than it can use up right away. That means eating not just when you’re hungry, but throughout the day. Aim to eat five meals a day to gain weight. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Water will help your body process the extra protein and calories you’re taking in. Drink several glasses with every meal to avoid getting dehydrated. Since you’re probably also going to be exercising more to gain mass, aim to drink 10 glasses of water every day. • You can also drink unsweetened tea, fruit juice, and other healthy beverages. • Avoid drinking Gatorade and other sports drinks in excessive amounts, since they contain a lot of sugar. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. These are the three staples that will help you gain weight, and you need plenty of each of them to stay healthy. Focus on incorporating protein, fats and carbohydrates into every meal you eat so your diet stays balanced. Here are some examples of good choices in each category: • Proteins: eggs, salmon, tuna, and other fish;, and ham; chicken breasts and thighs; lean and steaks. • Fats: olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil; avocados, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds. • Carbohydrates: fruits and vegetables; beans, lentils, peas; brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and other whole grain products; honey and fruit juice. • For ayurvedic medicene contact purna clinic gulbarga in 1 month wt increas e4-5 kg no any side effect you take 1 month trail pck and course is 3month •

Do this daily for blackheads and oily skin - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. food for doshas

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Faridabad
food for doshas
Vata types need foods that calm their tendency toward anxiety and overactivity. Heavy, cooked foods served warm are the most soothing. Dairy products, sweeteners, and foods cooked or served with fats and oils pacify vata. Steam veggies and drizzle with a little ghee (clarified butter) or olive oil, or stir-fry them in oil or ghee. Rice and wheat are excellent grains for vata types. Juicy fruits and vegetables, heavy fruits (such as avocados and bananas), risotto, sweet and sour veggies, and warm berry cobbler with whipped cream all help pacify vata. Avoid hot, spicy foods. Vatas can healthfully cook with more salt than pittas and kaphas.

Fiery pitta needs to be cooled down. Serve foods at cool temperatures, but not ice cold which inhibits digestion. Pittas thrive on reduced amounts of fats, oils, and salt. Sweet, completely ripe fruits and all vegetables except garlic, tomatoes, radishes, and chilies are pitta-pacifying. Moderate portions of dairy products are fine, but minimize sour-cultured ones. Coriander and mint have cooling effects. Coconuts, pomegranates, grilled vegetable salad, and rice pudding all reduce pitta.

Sluggish, cool kapha needs to be stimulated and warmed up. Light, dry, warm foods reduce kapha. Use minimal amounts of fats and oils. Sweeten foods with honey, but never cook or bake with it. Grains such as barley, buckwheat, and rye are the best for kapha types, as are light, dry fruits, such as apples and cranberries. Low or nonfat milk is good, but minimize cultured dairy products. Kapha types can eat all spices and herbs but need to be cautious with salt. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds and all beans, with the exception of the oilier soybean, are excellent.

Hi lybrate-user. The heart rate is usually slightly higher in pregnancy. However Your heart rate is much higher than the normal limits. Suggest to get an ECG or ECHO done to see if your heart is tolerating the pregnancy changes well. If this is associated with swelling of feet as well then do check with your Gynec about this.

Give up sugar and sweets if not done so far, only healthy fats like a katori of assorted nuts to get good fats + proteins. Lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits but eating according to constitution e g it is not a must to eat sprouts if it leads to distention. Clear soups of pulses like moong, kale chane. Besan is good and it can be mixed with wheat flour to add on proteins and to reduce calories. Fresh juice of a lemon + 1 spoon of honey with warm water, if taken on empty stomach does reduce weight, bad fats and sugar in blood. Calories of honey can be compensated by taking 1 chapati less. Reduce carbs anyway but do take whole fruits, never mind the sugar content in whole fruits, look at the fresh vitamins & minerals. No juices or fizzy drinks. Light exercises loke walking helps the heart and burns extra sugar. Level of sugar is on borderline at 140 for fasting, upper limit is 120- it means that you are already taking good care of him. Keep it up and be careful about other factors responsible for a good heart- no smoking or exposure to pollution, no bad fats like transfats even occassionally for a party.
