Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. Also take a multivitamin follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months.

Nowadays, bleeding gums is a very common problem. Many people complain of bleeding during brushing and sometimes it is without brushing. If you want a solution to this problem then first we have to work on the problem. The common cause of poor gums is food debris or plaque accumulation on the teeth. This plaque if not removed through regular brushing and dental appointments, will harden into what is known as Tartar. ultimately, this will end into inflamed gums which are prone to bleeding.

The other causes for bleeding gums consist of -

Brushing too hard
Improper flossing

Scurvy ( vitamin C deficiency)
Vitamin K deficiency
Hormonal changes during pregnancy
Use of blood thinners

Healthy tips for it:

Brush twice in a day
Rinse your mouth after every snack
Use soft bristle toothbrush and avoid excessive force during brushing
Use proper technique for dental flossing
Go for regular dental check up to avoid future complications

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only human including pets.. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6am. Example some people they don't like mathematics but it is essential for life everyday and every time we are depended on mathematics, right from doctor to business man, including vegetable seller, we can understand many other distraction disturbed minds it is like love issues. Still not able to concentrate go for counselling help in person or audio/video. Please give us feedback after trying for weekdays.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For a strong immunity you have to follow some tips:- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, healthy fats as in olive & canola oil, fish, avocados, flax seeds - have a tablespoon of honey with breakfast every morning - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min & yoga to boost your immunity & to keep fit - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - avoid nicotine & tobacco intake - keep stress levels low by reading, listening to music or following a hobby.
