Dear lybrate-user there is no limit however I personaly say weekly masturbation is good enough. But one thing donot go outside lady to satisfy your desire. It is totaly wrong and unsafe. Mind masturbation is safest procedure if do in limit.

Please try to find out the factors which trigger the headache and avoid them. Secondly do not use mobile/laptops for long hours take proper sleep do some morning walk/exercise keep bowels clear. Also take belladonna 30 for headache one dose when required.

I'm a 23 old guy. My mouth stinks when I eat something or even if I don't eat. I brush twice a day but the problem is still persistent. It is embarrassing when I'm with my family, friends. It doesn't let me open up. I serious seek medical help.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouthwash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

It might be anxiety, in which tremors are common and classical symptoms. But there are many other medical conditions which can cause the same, better get evaluated by a psychiatrist. All the best.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Leg & Hip pain k liye ap exercise kijiye I hope you feel well. Hip Strengthening – Basic Exercises To begin with, the following basic hip strengthening exercises should be performed approximately 10 times, 3 times daily. As your hip strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions and strength of contraction provided they do not cause or increase pain. Bridging Begin this exercise lying on your back in the position demonstrated (figure 1). Slowly lift your bottom pushing through your feet, until your knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line. Tighten your bottom muscles (gluteals) as you do this. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Hip Extension in Lying Begin this exercise lying on your stomach in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Keeping your knee straight, slowly lift your leg tightening your bottom muscles (gluteals). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times. Adductor Squeeze Begin this exercise lying in the position demonstrated with a rolled towel or ball between your knees (figure 3). Slowly squeeze the ball between your knees tightening your inner thigh muscles (adductors). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times as hard as possible pain free. Figure 3 – Adductor Squeeze Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 4). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Hip Abduction Standing Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 5). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg to the side tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free. Straight Leg Raise Begin this exercise lying on your back with one leg straight and one leg bent (figure 6). Slowly lift your straight leg to approximately 45 degrees keeping your knee and toes facing the ceiling. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided it is pain free. Hip Flexion Begin this exercise standing at a bench or table for balance (figure 7). Slowly lift your knee up as high as you can while keeping your back straight and tightening the muscles at the front of your hip (hip flexors). Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times as far as possible pain free.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your pain chest is due to acidity -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict tea/coffee intake to 1-2 cups a day -do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks instead of three large meals ,have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, chew your food well, have dinner 2-3 hrs before going to bed, do not lye down immediately after meals -take Syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an after each meal -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -do regular exercises & yoga for 10-15 min per day -if not much relief then consult a doctor.

Don't worry about this at all, you are fine! the average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money. We don't recommend surgery or any medicines.

Dear Amit, Anxiety might be a cause for dribbling of urine after urination. Excessive masturbation does not cause dribbling of urine. To confirm whether it is psychogenic i need to examine you completely. All d best!!!

You can use medicine cum vitamin supplement containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus) is very helpful in my patients. It has shown improvement in 50-60% patients of mine with ED. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.

Hi lybrate-user, Best time of having Soyabean is after 1/2 an hour of workout .When the demand of protein is high. Or as it contains high amount of protein ,it will strain your vital organs. You can take 25-30 gm of soyabean /day. Soyabean contains good amount of Phytates, an unwanted compound. So either soak them for 8 hours or cook them to consume.
