Hi. Headache is pain in any region of the head. Headaches may occur on one or both sides of the head, be isolated to a certain location, radiate across the head from one point, or have a viselike quality. A headache may appear as a sharp pain, a throbbing sensation or a dull ache. Headaches can develop gradually or suddenly, and may last from less than an hour to several days. If You give through a description of the condition, the type of pain and the timing and pattern of attacks and food habits. It can be helpful for us to give appropriate medication. Here by I am advicing few General medication which helps to relieve headache. Medication:-According to ayurveda based on individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Ayurvedic therapies (panchakarma) for migraine: 1. Shirolepa – Application of herbal pastes which pacify Pitta Dosha like Sandalwood, camphor, Jatamansi. 2. Shiro Dhara – pouring of thin stream of liquid over scalp. 3. Shiro basti-Retaining the medicated oils over the leather cap fitted over the scalp. Any vata-pitta pacifying oils are beneficial for this purpose. 4. Sneha nasya – Instillation of medicated oils can be carried to the nostrils. Shamana (Internal medication):- 1. Pathyadi khada-10 ml with warm water twice a day after food. 2. Tab Niargim-1 tab twice a day after food. 3. Tab Kamaduga with mouktik-1 tab twice a day before food.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

I have bilateral pcos of about 9 mm. Skin is extreme oil and have pimples on face, shoulders and back, have acne or dermatitis type on butt. My face is dark compared to my body. Hands are darker than body, face is darker than hands. I have tried everything possible, like fresh fruits and vegetables healthy diet with less spicy foods, flax seeds, lots of water, sunscreen lotion even indoors, clindamycin, adapalene,tretinoin ,erytop. Epiduo etc for acne. But there was no long term improvement. Acne stop for 1-2 months and came back again even with continuing these gels. But neutriderm moisturising lotion and fresh aloevera gel from plant works better than all these medicines to an extent. Please suggest a better remedy for oily skin and getting even skin tone for face. And how many times glycolic peel can be done.

Dear the normal levels of blood sugar is fasting level should be less than 100 mg% and 2 hrs after meals should be less than 140 mg%. Increased urination, thirst or hunger, loss of weight, easy fatiguability, blurred vision, irritability or sometimes no symptoms at all.

Mr. Lybrate-user, tagara, is supposed to be helping in calming down the mind and also inducing sleep. It seems to be fairly safe, from various reports that are published. But my advise is better not to go in for any medication for sleep induction. If one exercises regularly for over 1 hour a day, maintains blood glucose levels well with in normal limits, practices pranayam and simple relaxation techniques, then there is no need for such medications. Thanks.

Several lifestyle changes may be required. Most back pain gets better with a few weeks of home treatment and careful attention. Animal proteins provide you with an easily absorbed form of iron called heme iron. According to the Office of Dietary Supplements, liver, beef, turkey, chicken and pork supply you with heme iron. Women under the age of 50 need at least 18 milligrams of iron daily, while all other adults need at least 8 milligrams of iron per day. Eating more of these iron-rich proteins may help boost your iron levels. Vegetables and Beans If you prefer not to eat meat, some vegetarian proteins contain a form of iron, called non-heme iron. Absorption of non-heme iron is enhanced when it's consumed with vitamin C or a source of heme iron, according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention. Including more soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, lima beans, navy beans, black beans and pinto beans in your diet helps you get more non-heme iron. Eating leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, boosts your iron intake as well. Seafood Vitamin D is found naturally in very few foods. Check the food label to see if vitamin D or iron were added. Vitamin B-12, or Cobalamin, is the largest and most complex vitamin currently known to man. A slight deficiency of vitamin B-12 can lead to anemia, fatigue, mania, and depression, while a long term deficiency can cause permanent damage to the brain and central nervous system. Vitamin B12 can only be manufactured by bacteria and can only be found naturally in animal products, however, synthetic forms are widely available and added to many foods like cereals. Vitamin B12 can be consumed in large doses because excess is excreted by the body or stored in the liver for use when supplies are scarce. Stores of B12 can last for up to a year.
