As you are prolonged sitting for almost 12 hours that to continously there occurs inflammation of the bursae surrounding the bony edges which normally act as cushions leading to pain. For relief do sitz bath and avoid sitting on hard surfaces travel with your own cushion. While in office don't sit for a long time take occasional breaks in between for 10 min to relax your body and keep cushion under the chair. Hope this information is helpful for further assistance can contact.

Waking up in the middle of the night at the same time daily. Kindly revert what would be the cause.
Waking up daily in the midnight can be due to unfinished tasks and subconscious worry regarding the completion of that particular task. Do you take any naps in the noon. Cutting down the day time naps also will help.

What are the symptoms of Malaria? How does malaria spread? What precautions should we take?

What are the symptoms of Malaria? How does malaria spread? What precautions should we take?
Hello, Malaria is typically transmitted through the bite of an infected Anopheles mosquito. Infected mosquitoes carry the Plasmodium parasite. When this mosquito bites you, the parasite is released into your bloodstream.Once the parasites are inside your body, they travel to the liver, where they mature. After several days, the mature parasites enter the bloodstream and begin to infect red blood cells. Within 48 to 72 hours, the parasites inside the red blood cells multiply, causing the infected cells to burst open. The parasites continue to infect red blood cells, resulting in symptoms that occur in two-to-three-day cycles. Symptoms of malaria:-Anaemia Chills in the body High fever and headache Blood in stools Excessive sweating Vomiting Feeling of Nausea Coma Jaundice Convulsion prevention modes:-protect yourself against the bite of mosquitoes.Clothing, mosquito repellent, and netting can help reduce exposure to mosquitoes. Travelling during periods of minimal mosquito activity can also be helpful.
