Bent penis

Bent penis
People are obsessed with the size, shape and the direction of penis, they keep on harping on their friend having a bigger organ. Ok, he had a bigger size than you but are you sure he is a better lover in bed? no body talks the truth, every one is professing to be the greatest lover but believe me, I have lots of patients having very big penis but they have severe erection problem. The curve is important only if the shaft of penis is pointing to roof, floor or sideways by more than 45 degree or while attempting sex, you can't penetrate. No penis in the world is copybook straight but if you can enter and have sex, there is no problem.
The only real problem of shape is if you have peyrony, s disease. Where the shaft of penis does not feel to be soft but there is hardness in one or both sides. The erection is painful. It can be due to diabetes, injury, nervous disease, blood disorders or after accident. One patient developed this after his wife had loose vagina after normal delivery and he asked her to cross legs while having sex. This caused frequent small injuries and there was painful erection with shortening of penis.

Hello diet+exercise = weight loss increase intake of fiber. Small meal pattern. No more than 3 hours of gap between meals. Avoid junk, sugars and fizzy drinks. Exercise for an hour with 20 min of floor exercise is a must I would suggest for omega, ch balance and fiber supplement which helps you loose weight and mainly the intra abdominal fat and waist circumference. What are tha symptoms and solution of dengue. I suffer some fever last few days. So what can I do.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
What are tha symptoms and solution of dengue. I suffer some fever last few days. So what can I do.
The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Understanding Depression

Ph. D - Psychology
Psychologist, Margao
Understanding Depression
Depression is relatively common among adults, with 14.8 million people — 6.7 percent of the adult population — experiencing a major depressive disorder in any given year. Both men and women can have depression, but it is more common among women.

People who are depressed experience sadness or loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed. While just about everyone experiences these feelings every once in a while, people who are depressed have these feelings on an ongoing basis, and the symptoms of depression affect how they function in daily life.

Understanding the Causes of Depression

A number of factors are thought to contribute to the development of depression, including:

- Genetics. Depression tends to run in families, so researchers believe that certain genes may be associated with developing it.
- Brain abnormalities. Scientists have found that people who are depressed have certain brain characteristics that are different from people who are not depressed. Imbalances of norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine, which are brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, are thought to be involved with the development of depression.
- Stressful situations. Stressful events, such as the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or a serious illness, have been known to trigger depression. While some people have normal and temporary feelings of sadness and loss after a stressful event, others will experience clinical depression.
- Gender. Because depression affects women more than men — at least two times more often — depression in women could be related to gender-specific factors, like menstrual cycles and pregnancy, or differences in how women and men react to stressful situations.

Understanding the Types of Depression

Major depression is a serious mental illness in which a person experiences multiple depressive symptoms for at least two weeks. Other types of depression include:

- Bipolar disorder, alternating episodes of emotional "highs" (mania) and "lows" (depression).
- Dysthymia, mild depression symptoms that last two years or longer.
- Postpartum depression, a type of depression that occurs in the mother after her baby is born.
- Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a major depression that occurs during seasons with low sunlight.

People with depression often have other physical or mental illnesses such as:

Anxiety disorders
Alcohol and/or substance abuse or dependence
Heart disease
Stroke
Cancer
HIV/AIDS
Diabetes
Parkinson's disease
Having depression makes these other serious illnesses more difficult to treat, and increases the risk of dying from these other conditions.

Seeking Help for Depression

Depression is a serious illness that should be treated by medical professionals. Whether your case of depression is severe or mild, treatment can help.

If you are experiencing persistent problems associated with depression, talk with your family doctor. Primary care physicians write more prescriptions for antidepressants than other health care professionals.

Your doctor can discuss your symptoms with you, rule out other medical conditions, or refer you to a mental health professional. There are several treatments, including medications, psychotherapy, light therapy, and electroconvulsive therapy, that are very effective for depression.

The first step is the most important: getting help to get better.

I'm Pavan of 17. My pennis size is small and it it not erect so I want to increase my pennis size and make it erect.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I'm Pavan of 17. My pennis size is small and it it not erect so I want to increase my pennis size and make it erect.
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Hello, Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic, onions and capers. Blueberries, grapes, and goji berries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, and cod. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Start doing exercises for cervical spondylosis. These will contribute for 50% in relief. Ypu can also opt for physiotherpy sessions. Proper Ayurvedic treatment taken within 1 year of apperrance of symptom will dimish the possibility of frequent repeated episodes añd further progression of the disease.
