Hi lybrate-user Since you have symptoms from two months you must be having some medicines. Kindly share the treatment you had /having. Vertigo is a medical term which describes a sense if rotation even while stationary. It can often be confused with lightheadedness, generalised weakness, dizziness. Vertigo may be caused by problems in your peripheral (Ear &balance mechanism inside ear known as the vestibular system) or central nervous system. A complete checkup is required to isolate the cause. Peripheral vestibular  system causing vertigo symptoms may need initial medications to stabilise followed by Vestibular Rehabilitation  exercises. A good quality  of life can be achieved if properly managed. A Pure tone audiometry  and tympanometry  can detect any problem in the ear nerves and tympanic membrane pressure (both of which can be abnormal in case of ear diseases) An Xray of the Cervical Spine (AP /Lat/Lat-oblique to check for cervical spondylitis CT brain and a complete  haemogram  are some of the baseline tests needed for a good evaluation  of vertigo. Another cause of vertigo often not diagnosed by CT /MRI BPPV Benign Paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV can be treated with Epleys manoeuvre  and Vestibular  Rehabilitation  exercises. With regular vestibular exercise you can be symptom free  and lead a normal life. Also if you still ha e symptoms with your current dose of Vertin the  dose will gs e to be adjusted. *Tips for starting vestibular exercise: No. 1: Sit on your bed with legs hanging. Keep your head straight and just by moving your  pupils first look to the right. Hold this position. Count to 10. If you have dizziness  with right gaze still hold that gaze. Then move your pupil to the left. Do this for 10 minutes for two weeks. When you can move your pupil to either side without symptoms, you can start another exercise. Share your reports. My son is 6 years old he repeat the things again & again if I purchased fruits for him he ask me again & again mom I can eat but it will finish & if he found qty less than do not eat when we purchase again than he will eat and dont want to eat anybody. The cause of smell is growth of bacteria on site of navel I adviced you to clean navel with betadine lotion once a day. You can wash the navel with neem boiled water to get relief from smell. Wear only cotton clothes & sprinkle talc powder in the day time to decrease the sweating as sweating increase bacterial growth & bad smell.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg. Take simpal veg food with salad. Take less as you fill hungery lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening. In office after 1 or 2 hours gets up from chair walk in office for few minutes than again start work will help to you. Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hi. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Here are 4 common sex fears among men.

1. Fear about impotency


One of the most common sexual fears among men is the fear of impotency. Men fear the consequences of impotency so much so that it leads to psychological impotency, if not biological. The fear of not being able to have an erection mostly comes from anxiety. Thinking too much about not being able to perform well in the bed has been the cause of most cases of impotency. In the case of biological impotence, the problem can be addressed through medications; however psychogenic impotency can be treated only by counseling and reassurance by trained sexual therapist or consultant. Also, understanding and support from the spouse or partner are highly warranted.

Sometimes men may require multiple sessions with a sexual counselor.

2. Fear of premature ejaculation:

Another common fear associated with sex in men is the fear of premature ejaculation. The cause is mostly self-imposed and psychological. Anxiety, fear and over thinking may lead to premature ejaculation and low self-confidence regarding performance in bed. Trying to use the counter drugs, sprays, etc may not work sometimes. The treatment needs to be comprehensive. Many times it needs psychological assistance, some exercises / techniques may help. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Dengu virus is transmitted by Infected female Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Incubation period is 3-10 days. Most patients recover. Few patients can develop fatal complication like DHF (dengue hemorrhagic fever)/DSS (dengue shock syndrome) Symptom 1.Sudden High Fever, Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test (NS1) is positive Prevention 1.Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. Spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3.wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4.Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding.

Lybrate-user, according to your age, your height is okay, there are chances you may grow taller. Yes, but you are under weight. For that what you can do is start outdoor sport exercises. Like swimming, cycling, or lawn tennis, squash, badminton etc. I would not suggest gym or indoor exercises as it may give your body an artificial shape. Exercises will help you grow as well as you will be able to have good amount of food. Hi, I am 29 years old boy, within last 2 month, again 3rd time I got high fever and weakness like I can't stand properly. First time, when it was happened I checked my blood test, it was typhoid. I have taken proper medicine, with proper course and it was fine, then after almost 1 month, I started feeling same symptoms like typhoid but this time rather to have proper typhoid medicine, I had only Sumo medicine and I was fine within 4-5 days. 1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count.
