Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply pounded orange and lemon peel apply on affected area.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. Causes of dandruff the following are factors that may contribute to dandruff: 1) not enough hair brushing you should apply oil on scalp regularly and wash hair with the help of anti-dandruff shampoo for proper management. People who do not comb or brush their hair regularly have a slightly higher risk of having dandruff - this is because they are not aiding the shedding of skin that combing or brushing provides. 2) yeast people who are sensitive to yeast have a slightly higher risk of having dandruff, so it is logical to assume that yeast may play a part. Yeast-sensitive people who get dandruff often find that it gets better during the warmer months and worse during the winter. Uva light from the sun counteracts the yeast. Some say, that during winter the skin is drier because of cold air and overheated rooms (exposure to extreme temperatures), making dandruff more likely. So, it is sometimes not that easy to know whether it is yeast or just dry skin. Dandruff people with dry skin tend to get dandruff more often. Follow these best tips to get red lips :- * Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. Lot of pimples were appeared 6 years ago. Slowly it is reducing year by year. Still lot of inflammation can be seen on my face. I believe this is happening due to dandruff. Tried lot of shampoos but no use. Pimples will survive only for 2-3 years maximum. For me it is more than 6 years now.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Almost each one of has had at least one recurring nightmare. A nightmare where we slowly or suddenly lose something very dear to us, this something is part of us, sometimes defining what we are. This something being hair! oh, you're lying if you haven't ever feared waking up one day to find yourself completely bald. Well, don't worry. Here are a few tips to keep the possible doomsday at bay:

1. Eat right ya!
Without strong foundation any building can fall, the same case applies to your luscious locks. If you don't provide right nutrition to your hair, they'll eventually fall. So, start eating and rightly so, for your hair too. Include a lot of food containing omega fatty 3 acids, this will make sure your hair remain strong and scalp doesn't go dry. What to have? flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, soybeans.

2. Give stress a break!
Believe it or not, if everything's right- the diet, vitamins and nutrients intake, what can be the root cause of your hair less may be the big villain- stress. So, you need to find out the reason for your stress and eliminate that. Your stress is unique to you and you only need to find the perfect way to deal with it. Be positive- that's the first thing you can do to remain stress-free!

3. Meditate
Everyone can practice meditation. With it, you are able to eliminate the entangled thoughts that crowd up your mind and cause stress by inducing hormonal imbalance. Meditation promotes your emotional and physical well-being including your hair's health!

4. Tlc
Taking care of anything eventually preserves it and promotes it. True for hair too! give your hair some tender love and care. Fix a good cleaning regimen for hair, do not use harsh chemicals for coloring or styling your hair, and be gentle to your hair. Here are some more tips to take care of your hair to prevent them from falling off.

5. Avoid excessive heat
Avoid constant heating and drying procedures on your hair. Heat tends to weaken hair proteins leading to hair loss. Thus hair dryers, hot curlers, hot brushes, hair straighteners, hair fasteners etc. Should be used sparingly if at all.

6. Hot oil for the win
Listen to your nani's advice and bring out that bottle of oil. Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. This ensures your hair remains shiny and luscious.

7. Home remedies
Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base. Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants, which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.
