Use banking soda to clean your teeth, take small amount of baking soda n brush it teeth as similar we brush it with toothpaste for 5min and you will be amaze by the result as in 5min I will found your teeth whiter than before it's an instant formula. You can even add drop of lime juice for better result. Daily use can help I find whiter teeth back in a week.

Inhaled medicines in the form of inhalers or rotahalers are better than oral tablets. They have increased efficacy and far less side effects.

How to remove stinking on my mouth?

BDS
Dentist,
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Sir is it true that junk food really causes ulcers iam really annoyed of these recurring ulcers. They really take my life from me. I can't eat anything without causing pain to myself. Is there any home made treatment I can indulge into.

Yes, junk food can reduce nutrition in diet and also affects digestion which may lead to oral ulcers. Add vitamin c and b complex to your diet. Drink plenty of water. Reduce stress, improve digestion and increase sleep.

Tooth ache may be due to infection, tooth decay, gum problem etc. Anything stuck in the teeth may also cause the problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take magnesia phos 200 twice daily in the morning and evening.

Dentist,
I am getting tooth decay what are the precautions.
Tooth decay is the progressive process. Once it starts it can't be stopped. Get it filled as early as possible to avoid further more pain and infection. Avoid sticky and sweetened food. Rinse properly after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction.

Pyorrhoea is the disease of the gum which affects the soft tissue & bone surrounding the roots of the teeth and leads to pus formation and loosening of the teeth. Pyorrhoea term is usually used when the condition is too bad and the gums bleed spontaneously and multiple teeth are moving. In the early stages the disease if fully curable. You need to get your teeth cleaned, maintain a good oral hygiene as advised by your dentist after cleaning & start using a mouthwash. In some cases if the disease has progressed too far, gum surgery may be needed to eradicate the disease.
