Instead of taking any medicine take protien rich diet and do regular excercise. Egg white soyabean wheat sprouting seeds and so on by doing gym and taking mass protein you can gain muscle mass you can get mass protein at any gym but should do more workout so that you can gain muscle mass.

Hello, dandruff and hair fall are due to nutritional deficiencies. Include more fruits, salads & vegetables in your diet. You can use arnica shampoo and arica hairoil, two times/week, it shall help you. You can get it from any nearby homoeopathic store.

PENIS SIZE IS UN IMPORTANT TO PERFORMANCE, MINIMUM 2 INCH PENIS SIZE IS SUFFICIENT FOR SATISFACTORY SEX TO BOTH. Early ejaculation is due to many reasons. Like too infrequent sex, over excirment, mostly controlled my mind, Common solutions are , divert mind while enjoying sex, don’t get much involved, and slow down all activities , take a break, and start stop and start. Delays the time of ejaculation. IF SATIFIED OK OTHERWISE CONSULT PRIVETLY.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Dear user please follow the following dietary instructions avoid fried foods avoid packaged foods colas n bottled beverages to be avoided as they will further weaken your bones go out for sunlight if you are non vegetarian include eggs, chicken n fish in your daily diet. Green leafy veggies specially cabbage and other veggies like cauliflower n brocolli should be part of your daily diet include soya, tofu, soyamilk and nutrella in your daily intake caffeine n caffeine containing products like coffee n colas to be avoided take small n frequent meals also include walnuts, flaxseed oil or olive oil in your daily diet

Hi! Doc. Had a small query if you could help me? I have a lot of gas problem, burping the whole day. There is bloating in the stomach, stomach doesn't get cleared properly. I keep passing gas the whole day which is quiet embarrassing. I go to the toilet 2-3 times still that satisfaction is not there. Please help.

Hello, it may occur due to improper digestion, as you r not having satisfactory bowels too. Sometimes it occurs due to lot of allopathic medicines too. Homoeopathy medicines helps you out in all such problems. Consult an Homoeopathic Dr. for d same or you can contact me too. Don't go to sleep quickly as just after dinner. Satrt walking after dinner, take lots of veges n fruits. Improve water intake n fibres based food in your diet. Start doing yoga as well.
