there is normal sugar present in blood , it can never be nil.. if sugar level in blood increase more than the normal range then sugar appears in urine .

Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. Keeping fit physically and mentally is essential for good health. Throughout life exercise makes body fit and energetic which helps to feel free as well as easy on day to day works. Any age can perform it. At least half an hour is needed for a physical fitnes exercise. Before doing any exercise keep a day schedule and switch to it systematically. Thus the exercise time schedule too. Do each one step by step. First Warmup your body by jogging/jumping for at least 3-5 minutes. Take 2 deep breath and expel gradually. Do all joint rotation-clockwise and antiClockwise neck, shoulder, wrist, Hip, knee, ankle. Take Deep breath after doing each joint. Next Do stretching exercise as done at school. After these, Lying on back in a mat with eyes closing for 5-10 minutes. This is a simple half an hour daily tips for Physical fitness.
