Tmj problems take a while to solve. You can do some exercises to relax the muscles and improve your joints, ask your dentist for the same.

generally there shouldn't be pain 4 months after extraction . it is best advised you get your check up done and X ray to know the cause of your pain.

Post cleaning it is very important you maintain your oral hygiene well. If you have tartar or deposit s on your teeth it's best you get you cleaning done.
