Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 66 years old. In good health. Of late developed severe joint pain. Unable to squat or climb stairs comfortably. I walk real fast. My morning walk friends hardly match my speed. They think the pain is due to my fast walking habit and ask to slow down. After slowing down the pain has subsided little. But still the pain is there. I know it could be due to aging factor. Could you kindly suggest some remedy.

This is a typical case of osteoarthritis which means degeneration of soft tissues and joint surfaces due to age related causes. The best home remedy is to apply warm oil after walk and before going to bed. You should definetly slow down your speed as walking fast is likely to aggravate the damage to the soft structures in the joints. Panchakrma Therapy and proper ayurvedic medicines can help to slow down the degenrative changes in the joints.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day. For further detail contact me in private.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Fever. Sore throat. Fatigue. Hiv symptoms. Joint pain deficiency of calcium and vit d. Muscle pain deficiency of nutrition and weakness of muscle ya other strain full activity.

Hi it won't give permanent relief, there will be no pain for three months later the back pain will increase a lot. Consult a physio, it will take time to get better, but the results will be permanent. Hope I answer the question regards.

Dear Doctor, I am suffering from severe shoulder pain for the past 2 years. Night sleep is very much disturbed. Neck pain is also giving much trouble. Cortisone shoulder injection also failed. tk calcium supplements. keep continue ur physiotherapy but avoid exercise till relief. avoid strain like heavy weight. after relief do strength exercise in gradually process. it will help u u can tk laser therapy for better cure.

Hi your condition is called intervertebral disc problem grade one do proper exercises and consult near qualified Physiotherapist he responded take perfect assessment and treatment as home exercises it will subside.
