Hello. Running is good exercise to lose weight. Please eat protein rich food like meat milk eggs. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Take proper rest. Include dry fruits like almonds dates in your diet to compensate weakness. Thanks.

Have you recorded any increase in your height in last 12 months,and if not ,it itself proves that Growth hormone has stopped forming in your body which participates in increasing height and calcification of your bones have already taken place and there are no any chances for any height increase.I dont want to dishearten you but this is the reality and one day you will have to face it and why not now.Dont waste money on doctors claiming to increase height at your age.If you want I can tell you diet plan and changes in life style along with specific exercises which can help you increase height but condition is GROWTH HORMONE (GH )should be present in your body.The purpose for my suggestion is to give a try without harmful effects of medicines on body.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Dryness of hair is the indication of certain disorders like mineral deficiency, hormonal involvement or not conditioning the scalp regularly. Oiling is very important as it gives nourishment to scalp. Applying conditioner to hair will give smoothness but as we know once you wash your hair, the effect will go away.

Hi. Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10 ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Tips:-1. In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2. Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3. Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner. And then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4. Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar. Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. May be brisk walk, or just alittle bit of walking, dancing etc. 6. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. This should be taken empty stomach. It will also increase the hb%. Thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy. This contentment is really required because this is always related to mind. Body and mind are interlinked. So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

All health problems start due to excessive rich food habits. All such problems can be solved if we decide to drastically change our eating habits. PCOS aggravates due to weight and also weight increases due to PCOS. Unless you break this cycle your problems won't end. The only medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida stuff. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Eat slowly and mindfully. Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. This is essential for good health. Love yourself and respect your body. Respect laws of nature. This is the best path towards good health and happiness.

Sir, I am 22 years old. I don't know what the problem is. But I feel that I have some psychotic problem. Why because: 1. I don't know how to behave with superiors when something wrong is noticed by me. I will be very anxiously shout about it infront of all. In remaining cases I will be showing almost (overly) respect & fear towards them. 2.Very very angry when something against my thoughts would happen. 3.Love to live alone without anyone (thinking I may perform better alone). 4.Slutter in the voice when speaking anxiously or angrily. You are having panic attacks and need to meet with a counselor immediately. On that person?s advice you may have to meet with a doctor and get on medication if so advised. Even so you must continue with the counseling to develop coping mechanisms to face the daily challenges of life. Because you are not handling fear well, you tend to over-react to normal fear with abnormal panic attacks. Then your panic reaction, which is fear based, irritates you easily and gets you angry. In other words the anger/irritation is an escalation over the fear. This is not advisable and it is happening because you are not dealing well with the panic. Anger is a cover-up feeling for the fear, and people may mistakenly respond to the anger whilst the scare remains unresolved and it may also increase because of the discomfort you have caused to others with the anger!!! About the issue itself: Do you know if this is a family trait, or is the family by anyways less to socialize, or have you had any problem with fear because of some family or childhood experience? Have you ever been embarrassed in public by someone that it has left an indelible mark in your personality? You can take the answers to these questions to a counselor and resolve the same. Any way you must deal with your fear of people and it will be the best solution to your problem. You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. In the meantime do some confidence building exercises by attending a personality development course, public speaking skills course (I suggest you join the Toastmasters Club), work out at a gym to build good self-image, and join social events to practice your skills. Surprisingly many people are often in the same boat as you, and so you are not alone. The very people you are intimidated by may be afraid of you too, though not to this extent!!!! There are three important developments to have to make an autonomous personality: Awareness, intimacy and spontaneity. If you are super aware or too conscious of yourself, it will affect the intimacy and spontaneity. Although your problem is now directly to do with intimacy, you can see that they are all connected. Go and work on these matters with a counselor for this level of panic reaction to disappear from your life for good.

Hi lybrate-user, as you are feeling pain in your testis and you think that it may be due to masturbating, no its not by masturbating it may be due to some infection or by wearing tight undergarments, so first you loose your undergarments and even after its there than consult any surgeon or physician for further treatment, try to avoid any infected or dirty articles in contact with your private parts and take batter care of your penis and private parts. 5 years before duloxetine 30 mg and propranolol 20 mg BD dose started for my panic attack by psychiatrist. I have reduced it to 20 mg duloxetine and 20 mg propranolol OD dose. But I am not able to quit. I have tried many times to leave these medicines but each and every time I faced withdrawal symptoms like brain zig zags, noise in ear, vertigo, not able to walk properly, sensations in brain etc. I again consulted psychiatrist again 6 months ago and he replaced my duloxetine 20 mg with Desvenlafaxine 50 mg at night and 40 mg propranolol with flunarizine 5 mg. This dose is going on. Nowadays I again started experiencing brain sensations. Then I visited another psychiatrist. He changed my dose of Desvenlafaxine 50 mg to 100 mg in night and propranolol 40 mg BD. Kindly help me. I will be very very thankful to you doc tor. I take hypertension and diabetes medicine daily.

Height is depends upon parents but you can increase your height by some efforts like drinking cow milk streching pulls up like exercises few aasan and ayurvediy medications as age pass 16 then height growth slow down need efforts for height increasement after 16 years age

Dear, these are some reasons for dark circles: * lack of sleep * stress * lack of nutrition * anaemia follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles: * eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily in night. Do not skip food eat on time. You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots. * take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily. * do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 to 10 minutes. * apply piece of cucumber on eyes it has bleaching property for reduce dark circles.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
