You are anxious, mainly because of your round the corner exam and apprehensive about your performence. Everyone has such problems lije headaches, weakness, occasional inability to concentrate etc. It is because of your anxiety that your thought process is not allowing you to concentrate and distracts you towards insecure feelings. First of all assure yourself about your capabilities on the basis of your past performances and tell yourself that you haVe done it in the past and so you can do it now too. With that resolve move ahead. You should eat normally at proper time and have a peaceful sleep of at least 6 hours. This will make you feel better towards your bodyaches and headaches. Avoid excess of tea or coffee, that initially stimultes your system but may cause lack of concentration.

Yes. Surgery is the only solution for motiyabind. But if it is an early stage then change of glasses may be enough.

Hello, You mean under eye dark circles? Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8 hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me there after. Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens as your age is now 23 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

If there is no redness or discharge or pain and if your vision is fine, then it could be normal also. But better show it to a nearby eye surgeon to rule out any problem.

No glaucoma is a separate entity & is unrelated to myocardial infarction. Cerrtainly, you would be requiring topical drugs to keep your intraocular pressure at a desired range.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. This was probably because I got hurt in my eye when I was a kid. All I know is that I can see everything properly and this has never caused any problem to me. I want to know how big this problem is.

Hello ma'am. Puffiness under the eye can be due to many reasons. Since you are a diabetic and it's not under complete control, get your kidney function test done once. Then if it's normal show to a cosmetologist or dermatologist. But get your retina check up done by a ophthalmologist once.

Computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome please follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. The brain tumour can cause pressure symptoms. As it grows it compresses surrounding brain tissue damaging it. For eyes, it may affecting different cranial nerves which control eye movements resulting in double vision. It may also cause damage to optic nerve. Serial eye examination are important to monitor changes. According you may be suggested further tests like HESS charting for diplopia, automated visual field analysis or VEP. The same may also be monitored by treating neurologist. Press on prisms on glasses may help decrease double vision.
