Cause of blood in stools must be evaluated before thinking of treatment. So please get examined by a general surgeon. However, anal problems improve with general measures but may require surgery. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

Hello- Low sperm count is a condition called oligospermia. Here are some of the external factors that could impact your sperm count: -Heat can have a detrimental effect on normal sperm production. -Obese men can also become sterile because the sagging layers of fat can overheat the testicles. -Men whose jobs involve long hours of sitting, e.g. Long distance lorry-drivers may have infertility due to the increased heat to the genital area. -Very frequent intercourse can lead to the demand exceeding the supply. -Smoking over 20 cigarettes a day has been shown to reduce both the sperm count and sperm motility. -A workaholic husband may find that stress and fatigue can potentially interfere with sperm production. Fortunately there is a solution to for your problem. The sperm count can be increased with the help of ayurvedic medicines within 45 days time if diagnosed correctly.

I am watching many nightmares during sleep, what should I do to overcome this problem?

B.H.M.S, M.D in Homoeopathy
Homeopath, Anand
I am watching many nightmares during sleep, what should I do to overcome this problem?
Most nightmares may be a normal reaction to stress, and some clinicians believe they aid people in working through traumatic events. Frequent occurrence of nightmares becomes a disorder when it impairs social, occupational and other important areas of functioning. At this point, it may be referred to as nightmare disorder (formerly dream anxiety disorder) or" repeated nightmares" repeated nightmares" is defined more specifically as a series of nightmares with a recurring theme. Nightmares usually begin in childhood before age 10 and are considered normal unless they significantly interfere with sleep, development or psychosocial development. They tend to be more common in girls than boys, and they may continue into adulthood. Adult nightmares are often associated with outside stressors or exist alongside another mental disorder. Nightmares might be associated with anxiety and trauma. If you are experiencing severe stress, you should seek out the support of friends and relatives. Talking about what is on your mind can go a long way. It is also recommended that you follow a regular fitness routine, including aerobic exercise if possible. You will find yourself able to fall asleep faster, having a deeper sleep and waking up feeling more refreshed. Learn techniques to reduce muscle tension (relaxation therapy), which will also help lessen anxiety.

I am 25 year old guy. I have a problem of phimosis from last 1 year. How to cure it.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am 25 year old guy. I have a problem of phimosis from last 1 year. How to cure it.
The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

we need lot of information before advising treatment. When accidents occur (time of day or night) Amount of urine voided Drinking patterns (do you drink a lot of fluids in the later afternoon/evening?) What you drink (sugary, caffeinated, artificially sweetened, carbonated, alcoholic drinks, etc.) Nature of the urinary stream (is the urinary stream strong and constant or is there difficulty initiating a void or continuous dribbling?) Any existing recurrent urinary tract infections The number of wet versus dry nights In addition, note any other symptoms associated with nocturnal enuresis such as night sweats In addition to helping you find options to help cure bedwetting, it is also important to see a healthcare provider to rule out any other serious problems that may cause nocturnal enuresis as a side effect.

5 Causes of Menstrual Disorders

MS - Obstetrics and Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Noida
5 Causes of Menstrual Disorders

Menstrual disorders are caused by a variety of factors and affect every woman in a different manner. In most cases, it manifests itself in the form of fluctuations in menstrual flow and irregularity in the monthly cycle. Certain disorders are not too severe and can be easily alleviated. Others are more complicated and require the immediate attention of a gynecologist.

As mentioned, there are different specific causes of different kinds of disorders resulting from a range of factors such as hormone levels, functioning of the central nervous system, health of the uterus, etc.

Some of the most common causes of menstrual disorders are as follows:

  1. Hormonal imbalance: Fluctuating hormone levels in the body have a direct impact on the menstrual cycle. These fluctuations can be caused by dysfunction in the pituitary gland, thyroid gland or adrenal gland. It can also be a result of malfunction in either or both ovaries and the secretion of hormones originating there.
  2. Anatomic problems: One fourth menstrual disorders are caused by problems of the anatomy. These include various gynecological issues like the presence of uterine fibroids and polyps, reduced uterine contractile strength, adenomyosis (intrusion of uterine tissue into the muscular wall of the uterus), a uterus with an excessively large surface area, and endometrial cancer.
  3. Clotting irregularities: Abnormality in clotting is a cause of heavy menstrual bleeding in women. It leads to exceeding blood loss from minor cuts and gashes and makes one easily prone to bruising. This may also include medical conditions such as thrombocytopenia (platelet dysfunction) and Von Willebrand disease.
  4. Medications and supplements: There is a wide range of medications and nutritional or hormonal supplements which often cause menstrual disorders in women and lead to fluctuations in the menstrual cycle. These include medicines such as aspirin, ibuprofen, estrogen pills, Vitamin E supplements etc.
  5. Miscellaneous factors: These are comparatively rare and require a greater degree of medical attention. It includes conditions such as cervical cancer, ovarian tumors, liver and kidney diseases, uterine infections, extreme psychological stress, obesity, etc. Incidents such as miscarriages and unsuspected pregnancies are also known to cause abnormal menstrual bleeding.

I think that you are giving yourself a lot of stress because you do nt seem to have a proper direction in your life. I suggest that you meet with a career guidance counselor and find out your aptitude and thereby the suitable profession. This is an important test to do for all children before they attempt their 11th and 12th courses. We often choose professions on the basis of the peer influence, parents demands, fanciful ideas and whims, for the sake of earning pots of money, family tradition etc. Now there are so many options and avenues for employment that the chosen field must be in accordance with your skills-set, aptitude, and your personal aspirations. Otherwise you will end up being depressed and disappointed. Once you have identified your career you can single mindedly foci on that and develop yourself. Never look too much into the future, it will always frighten you because it has not yet happened and nobody can predict the future. Once you have identified the future goal identify steps to reach that goal and focus on the here and now i. E. The immediate steps to reach that goal. In the meantime eat well, sleep well, and do regular exercise.
