You have to consentrate more on your food habits you should consume good nutrious healthy food don't eat fried spicy and junk food eat more fresh vegetables and fruits eat at more regular intervals fixed your eating timings don't let your stomach be empty for more than 3 to 4 hrs if you take care of these measures you will start feeling better in some time

Do's and Don'ts for High Blood Pressure

Making few dietary changes and losing weight are effective for reducing the blood pressure. 

Do's:

  • Lose weight if you are overweight or obese.
  • Eat a healthy diet, including more of fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy products, less saturated and total fat.
  • Potassium is an important for the maintenance of high blood pressure e.g coconut water, banana etc.
  • Exercise regularly atleast for 30 mins.

Don'ts:

  • Reduce the salt intake.
  • Avoid canned, prepackaged, or processed foods.
  •  Avoid smoking and alcohol.
  •  Avoid stress.

Hello. It's more of gastric pain! Acidity occurs when there is excess secretion of acids in the gastric glands of the stomach. When the secretion is more than usual, we feel, what is commonly known as heartburn, which is normally triggered off by consumption of spicy foods. Here are some home remedies to cure acidity. - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead. - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday. - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity. - Coconut water is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity. - Drink a glass of cold milk - everyday. - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before going to bed. - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals. - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc. - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals. - Jaggery, lemon, banana, almonds and yogurt are all known to give you instant relief from acidity. - Excessive smoking and drinking will increase acidity, so cut down. - Try chewing gum. The saliva generated helps move food through the esophagus, easing symptoms of heartburn. - Eat Ginger as it aids in digestion. - A simple preparation of lemon water with sugar can be sipped on an hour before lunch to reduce uneasiness. - Have vegetables like drumsticks, beans, pumpkin, cabbage, carrot and spring onions. Medication: Take Biochemic medicine - Natrum Phos. 6x/ thrice daily ½ an hour after meals.

Early ejaculation or Premature Ejaculation is a common problem and most Indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking some thing else while you do fore play on your partner. You can increase the time of foreplay and that will you be satisfied that you are spending enough time in bed. When about 10-15 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex then. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication come automatically. Ask your wife to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also helps in proper insertion and lasting & satisfying sex. Your Diet should consist of is fresh fruits what ever available and similarly fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active and fit.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

reduced LDL is a good sign ,so is increased HDL. only controlling cholesterol is not responsible for prevention of heart attacks. do take care of other factors like stress , smoking.

It is likely that you are suffering from Vaata and a degree of indigestion / acidity. Take a strong purgative like castor oil (30 to 50 ml) early morning with plenty of hot water. Your stomach will flush out gas, toxins, acidity and Vaata from the body. This should help. Head hurts even when you do not get proper sleep or have a bad posture. Dehydration should be avoided. Dear lybrate user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body of every living animal. Human beings are no exception to that. But when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Crp is c reactive protein and is indicative if inflammation/infection present anywhere in the body. Since heart tests are normal and you at 21 are on bp medicines, one sided swelling on leg is due to a local cause, and it can be some infection. Get an x ray done and start a course of antibiotics.

Pain in chest with cardiac origin is more severe aggravate with exertion and associated with sweat and anxiety. 70 -80 heart beat is normal but if you have family history of heart disease and you doubt some heart disease in you, you should do a through checkup of your heart.

Since you are postmenopausal madam your tgl is bit elevated but total cholesterol is normal I want to know how is hdl levels if it is very low then we can start low dose statins for prev of cad if hdl is normal then we can try diet control and walking.
