Hi. Lybrate user. Do kegal exercise. Kegal exercise designed to strength your pelvis floor muscles. It helps also in increase size of penis. Due to its anti-inflammatory, emollient, antibacterial and antifungal properties, aloe vera is excellent for treating a number of skin ailments including rashes. Apart from healing, it also soothes the skin, relieves itching and reduces redness. 1. Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf. 2. Apply it on the affected area. 3. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes, and then rinse it off. 4. Do this at least three times a day until the rash clears.

During summer you try to take special care about the overall health of your body, particularly, your eyes. Eyes are one of the most important organs of the body, and the scorching summer heat can cause serious eye problems like conjunctivitis, infections, red eye, migraines etc., which is why it's important to take proper care of eyes during the summer season.

Here are some tips to keep your eyes cool and protected during the summer:

  • Wearing sunglasses is very important when you are outdoors as it protects your eyes from the harmful UVA and UVB light. This will help in avoiding migraines and even serious conditions like cataract.
  • Avoid midday sunshine. Stay indoors as much as possible during the middle of the day to avoid the sunshine then when the effect of the sun and ultraviolet radiation exposure are at their peak.
  • When you plan to go for a swim, make sure you wear your swimming goggles. Otherwise you might catch conjunctivitis.
  • You should not splash water into the eyes directly unless any foreign particles such as dust enter your eyes. This might damage the tear film of the eye, which protects your eyes.
  • You need to maintain proper hygiene by washing your hands and face properly as soon as you reach home so that dust or grime does not enter the eyes as their entry can result in allergies and infections.
  • You can keep a slice of cucumber on each of your eyes to relax and cool them down.
  • 6 to 8 hours of sleep are a must as they help in revitalizing your eyes.
  • Adding green vegetables, carrots, nuts, liver and fruits to your diet would be very beneficial for the health of your eyes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ophthalmologist.

I had a sex with my girlfriend. And during sex she get discharge but that discharge was not normal it was dark white sticky discharge. You need to visit an endocrinilogist regarding your issues with thyroid. Thyroid is the metabolic hormone of the body. If you are hypothyroid then your metabolism will slow down. But it all depends from person to person. It is also true that your body fat will reduce slower than a a person with normal levels of thyroid. But you can always keep your levels in check by following a discipline lifestyle and eating clean and exercising well To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Mix 1 fl oz calamine lotion with 1 teaspoon each of tea tree oil and witch hazel. Soak a pad or cotton ball in the mixture and press it against the lump for half an hour or so.

Hi,Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair. Revert me after 1 month.

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation.

Hi, protein and low carbohydrate diet will be useful. Take 6-7 small meals rather than 3 big meals. Avoid sweets, fried foods, fast foods like pizzas, burgers, fried mixtures, cookies, maida biscuits etc. Have a high fibre diet like whole grain/multigrain chappatis/brown/multigrain bread, green leafy vegetables, whole pulses, full fruits (instead of fruit juices. In vegetables avoid potato, yam, colocassia, in fruits avoid mango, banana, cheeku, avocado (butter fruit)
