Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I had hip replacement surgery along with 50% femur bone. After 14 days it was dislocated. Now it is located by reduction of dislocation without surgery. I wear a knee brace also. Now what should be done? How should I walk with walker?

If there is dislocation you have to undergo correction by relocating the structure or to undergo surgery immediately.Still chances are there to dilocate again so better to use walker in furure..

Swollen knee

A swollen knee occurs when excess fluid accumulates in or around your knee joint. Your doctor might refer to this condition as an effusion in your knee joint. Some people call this condition "water on the knee."

A swollen knee may be the result of trauma, overuse injuries, or an underlying disease or condition. To determine the cause of the swelling, your doctor might need to obtain a sample of the fluid to test for infection, disease or injury.

Removing some of the fluid also helps reduce the pain and stiffness associated with the swelling. Once your doctor determines the underlying cause of your swollen knee, appropriate treatment can begin.
Symptoms
Signs and symptoms typically include:

Swelling. The skin around your kneecap can puff up noticeably, especially when you compare the affected knee to the normal one.
Stiffness. When your knee joint contains excess fluid, you might not be able to bend or straighten your leg completely.
Pain. Depending on the cause of the fluid buildup, the knee might be very painful — to the point that it's difficult or impossible to bear weight on it.
When to see a doctor

See your doctor if:

Self-care measures or prescribed medications don't relieve the pain and swelling
One knee becomes red and feels warm to the touch compared to your other knee

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi, take homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox 200 a 6 pills, thrice a day @ arnica mont200-6-6 pills, thrice a day. Your complain is due to postural disorder, take care of it while sittings & sleeping. Ensure sound sleep in d night at least for 6/7 hrs. Sit for meditation to nourish your back muscles to ease your problem. If you' are suffering from gastric disorder, pain in lower back may occure, take care of your diet b easily digestible on time. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate your metabolism. Take care.

I have balance problem. And also has dizziness. I consult with an ent. He prescribed me and eng test and xray of neck .in the eng test the result shows that there is an abnormalities with left ear and xray of neck shows cervical spondylosis. He gave me some exercises but after 2 it still not heal properly. Please give me. Some advice.

Your left vestibular apparatus which helps in maintaining equillibrium and posture when neck movements occur, seems to be at fault. There is misplacement of Calcium particles in the semi circular canals of this apparatus. You may need a special maneuver, called Epley maneuver to be done on your neck. This will need help of another person who understands this properly and then employs it exactly as directed. You may see this on YouTube by typing Epley maneuver in search and the follow the maneuver for Left side problem. See it many times, study the steps and then do it with assistance of another person.

Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Do hot fomentation.

I am 32 years male it was diagnosed in 2013 i have numerous interal neuroforimas. Whenever some one touches or if there some kind of physical pressure it gives me intense pain which in turn gets me very angry.

Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Try resting for a couple of days, supplement with hot/cold fomentation of the back 3-4 times a day. Routine pain killers would help alleviate the pain after which you could start with back and core strengthening exercises as recommended by a physiotherapist. Avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights.
