Kindly do a stretch for your hamstring muscles and your gleuteal muscles. Lie down on your back. Bend one knee up to chest level. Hold for 10 secs. Lie down on your back raise you leg one at a time straight up on a wall hold for 10 secs. This will get your hamstring stretch. Practise all exercises twice daily.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (The mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi. taking your age to be 16yrs , as is mentioned in the query, and believing you don't have any congenital problems, i suggest you do simple back exercises to get back to good posture. The reasons could be varied for your problem. One of the main reasons is tightness of your muscles in the leg and loose abdomen muscles.the other reasons can be because of your daily posture that u adapt. So the exercises u could do are: 1. straight leg raise: lie down straight. lift one leg straight without bending the knee and hold for 10 counts. then repeat with the other leg. Do it for 30 times for 3 sets. 2. Trunk rotation: Lie down and bend both your knees. Keep your hand by the side.Rotate your knees to one side and then the other. Do this also for 30 times. 3. Ab curls.: Lie down and bend your knees. cross your hands over your chest and lift your trunk up towards your knees and back. do this also for 30 times for 3 sets. 4. ilio psoas stretch: please check on the net. you will find the procedure to do this stretch.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains.

Here are some strategies to help you get over premature ejaculation: 1.Use Lignocaine gel or spray. Apply it over glans penis 15 minutes before intercourse. 2. Control your mind. Do Yoga and Meditation. 3. Slow down your ****ing intercourse speed. 4. Do: Stop - Start technique. 5. You can use penile silicon rings or bands 6. Keep your penis clean always. Wash its head twice daily. 7. Pinch base of penis @ the peak of ****ing. 8. Ask your partner to do this pinching job. Ask her to gently pull your balls. 9. Withdrew penis and squeeze it and insert again. 10. Do Kleegel exercise. 11. Do Sun therapy for glans penis. 12. Divert your attention. 13. Get Circumcision done.

I am 45 yr male, suffering from knee pain from last one and half years. Having severe pain while climbing up or down, at the time of car diriving and continuous sitting on chair for long time with knees bend. Also not able to expouse knee to fan air or ac air for morethan 3-4 minutes. X-ray report-" maltracking patella, of shallow trochelear grovi. Mri report -a)degenerative changes in the posterior horn of medial meniscus, b)early changes of osteoarthrities in the medial compartment c)shallow trochlear groove with flattened medial facet --? clinical significance. Taken collaflex for 4 months, tab eto free for 3 monhts, physio for 40 days. Continuosuly doing q exercise. However no change in pain level. One of the dr suggested operation called" arthoscopic lavage and retinacular balancing' followed by +vissco supplement. Please advise whether this operation will relieve me of complete pain.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have symptoms of maltracking of patella due to a shallow groove, this can actually lead to anterior knee pain over a period of time due to softening of cartilage covering patella. Normally as an initial measure, we try rigorous physiotherapy with some supportive medications and see for the result, a lot of patients improve symptomatically with this but in some patients there may not be an improvement because of bad bio mechanics and for that we might have to think of a surgical procedure. Anyways if you send me all your investigations and doctor's prescription papers, then I can have a look and advise you accordingly. Thanks & regard.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Continuous driving will show effect on the parts used, that is common, may be the seat posture,& hieght of seat you drive also at fault, which can be shown& rectified by any mechanic. Try to sit straight, lie on back, without keeping any pillow, on straight surface, take care that mattress is uniform, without any ups& downs, uneven dofew spscfc exercises, which will be taught by any yoga expert, or physio therapist. By following 2-3 sessions, you can do those regularly at home.

Dear , How old are you? Does your shoulder pain only with over head movements? You appear to have supraspinatus tendinitis, which is mild stretching of one of the ligaments in your shoulder. Rest your shoulder for 2 weeks, avoid over head lifting and use a pain killer. The pain will improve, though it may take some time to improve.

(Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
