My daughter 3.5 years old by mistake had diabetic (glyco mat) tablet, within a seconds we take out from her mouth, what is the short run side-effect, what is long run-effect?

As you have taken out within seconds, it was not absorbed so no need to worry. Precautionary you may give sugar for 2 to 3 times. There should not be any long or short side effects.

My daughter is 7 months old n has stopped taking mother milk. She eats semi solid food 4 times a day. At nite 2-3 times she takes mother's milk. Not in day. Should I give her formula milk in day time? I am worried coz it is too early for her to quit milk .Soon crawling n teething stage will begin n she ll need more calcium. She takes calcium, vitamin D3, iron supplements. Should I start formula milk. If yes which brand.

Breastfeeding should be continued till 2 years age though in decreased frequency as compared to first 6 months. During weaning babies show likes or dislikes for various food. If you want to continue breastfeeding offer her breastfeed sometimes in a day. Don't force the child as they are already stressed to accept new tastes and food daily. Offer her if she refuse its fine, try again next time. Add milk and milk products in her diet if she is not taking breastmilk at all. You can use various formulas available for more than 6 months babies. Avoid cows milk till 1 year age.

U can introduce home prepared semi solids like dal daliya khichadi suji kheer mashed liquid potato mashed banana etc one item once in a day gradually twice a day changing items. Dairy top milk with spoon or small gilas is preferable. Continue breastfeeding for about 2 years of age.

I have chronic digestive problem both constipation and diarrhoea due to stress. I am not able to cope up any type of stress, I am unable to sleep well, I am underweight, everybody tease me. I have got lots of hair on mouth, hand, legs, chest. I am mentally disturbed. I am curious to studies but unable to concentrate.

All these problems are related to market cooked food. Try to eat healthy home made food with lot of vegis. Weight is slightly low, need not to worry. All problems will subside by simple. Change.

At the minimum, a baby must be able to hold his head up steadily and have his feet touch the floor to use a walker. Walkers are designed for use by infants between the ages of 4 and 16 months, according to Consumer Reports, and children who can already walk should not use them. In fact, studies have shown that babies who use a walker may actually learn to walk about a month later than those who don't..The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends against using walkers not only because they can discourage your child from learning to walk on his own, but also because they can be dangerous.

In practical experience if she is bottle fed it s a reason and avoid bottle and feed with a spoon and breast.

This helps to improve mental health.

  6. Encourage them to make friends: Encouraging your child to make new friends will help them to socialize better. They will feel confident about themselves and also open up. This can boost up their mental well-being.
  7. Good nourishment: Proper nourishment is not only essential for being physically fit, but also mentally fit. Good nourishment will help them stay healthy physically and increase their energy levels. This in turn will positively affect their mental health.
  8. Make them feel safe: Children need to feel safe in order to stay mentally fit. Try and spend some time with them every day. As a parent, always make your children realize that you are right beside them. Listen to their problems and help them find solutions to solve those instead of scolding them. Help them to relax and feel secure to stay mentally fit.
