You are probably making an unfair comparison with other people when you meet them. If you truly have faith in the strength of your personality, why do you abandon it when you meet other people? So there could be low self-esteem, poor self-image, and low self-confidence. May be you have incorporated these from somewhere in your childhood, inadvertently. I suspect this is so because in your true mind you believe otherwise but you can see that what is embedded in your unconscious mind is more powerful and you may have incorporated something contraindicative to your true self. Your reactions are really gross as a result. You could use affirmations quite effectively but I advise you to work with a counselor and identify that input from childhood and sort that out. Your emotions would play a very significant role too and it would help to go through some emotional therapy too. We are what we think we are, and since you have a huge difference when compared to others (mostly in the mind) your whole world changes. True faith in yourself must go deep down and cannot be easily shaken, which I think is lacking. In the bible there is a fabulous and true statement, ?Where there is true love, there is no fear.? And likewise I can confidently say, where there is true and complete faith, there is no fear.? Build your faith in yourself, and nothing can stop you.

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Per se caesarian section surgery does not lead to back pain in an individual but it is muscular imbalance which leads to it. Are you into intensive exercises, posture care etc? have you got your calcium and vitamin d levels tested, if yes then please send me the reports. Home Remedy- Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Treatment- 1-take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Alcohol consumption and smoking. Take milk. Butter milk and curd.

Colapam plus is an ssri used in depressive disorders and allied mental health conditions. I hope you have stopped this medicine through systematic manner of systematic tapering as advised by your psychiatrist. Withdrawal symptoms include nausea, agitation anxiety etc. As the case is psychiatric, psychiatric medicines can help you and you s consult your psychiatrist. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices, exercise vigorously, engage in entertaining activities. Cbt nay also help you. Take care.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Ensure that your water supply and food are uncontaminated. You might have eaten some outside food before 1 month which infected your bowel. If your stools are loose with mucus but not watery you are likely to be suffering from amoebiasis, the commonest bowel problem. You should get your stool examined for presence of ova, cysts to pin point the cause. Then you may ask private questions on lybrate quoting your reports.

I take low fat item .I am also doing regular walk and pranayam. Still then my wait remain confine to 105 kg. All my efforts are not showing any result. My age is 50 years please guide me for weight loose.

Food fat is not generally responsible for weight gain. It is carbohydrates. When you eat low fat foods, you feel less full and end-up eating more processed carbs, which leads to weight gain. What you should be avoiding is oils in foods, not natural fats in milk. Mantra is - minimise SOS (Sugar, Oil & Salt).

On 21.08.2016 my serum TSH was 8.53 uIU/ml. Per Docs advice I took Thyroxine 25 mcg for 2 months. On 30.01.2017 the values were T3=71, T4=5.1 but TSH=6.11. Per advice I took Thyronorm for 1.5 moths. The Values on 05.04.2017 are T3=57, T4=4.1 but TSH=6.63. Pl advise further. Test were done by Thyrocare.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If you are on treatment with Levothyroxine and taking adequate dose, then TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L. At that level all the symptoms of hypothyroidism will be in check. So if the level is 6.63 mU/L, then dose needs to be increased. If you have any doubts please come in a private conversation with full thyroid test results then I will be able to advise better. Thanks.
