Firstly you need to learn some belly exercises and tone your belly. Diet wise avoid deep fried food items, packed foods. Have more of salads, soups, fruits, dry fruits, sprouts in your diet. Take 4 small meals in a day. Avoid highly salted items and bakery products. You need to work out a lot.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning. take tab. dolo for pain in leg.

hi shivam, you may be having micro injury of muscles around your shoulder or it may be a radiating pain from neck or above shoulder because of nerve compression. please give rest and ice pack at the region of pain. do simple neck movements.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. The erections at sex occur due to blood flowing to the penis. More the blood flow, better is the erection. Doing daily exercises and having nutritive diet is good, it will keep you healthy, improve the circulation and help you get a good erection. But the ejaculation is determined by your excitability and ejaculatory control to ejaculate at will is a stamina everyone wants. Having said that, stamina is an entity thats to be" built" it cannot happen in a day if you want to get more time at sex, then you must try to control your ejaculation. When a man has sex, pleasurable sensations are sent to the brain, and when they reach a point, a signal is sent to cause release of sperms. This results in ejaculation. Every man knows that while masturbating or having sex, there comes a point when even stoppage of the act can not prevent ejaculation. You must try to get to know this point. If you can learn to control ejaculation it will help to increase sex time. For this you must do some specific exercises. Masturbate leisurely, using lubricant. Just before the point of no return, stop masturbation and squeeze the penis between your thumb and index finger below the head. If you have squeezed at correct time, then this pressure applied for a minute will stop the ejaculation. When this is done, sometimes the penis looses some hardness. But you must re-masturbate, come to same point and reapply the squeeze technique. Continue doing this till you can sustain the erection for a good 15-30 minutes. If you can do this it will help during sex also you must use same technique and pause thrusting, withdraw and apply the squeeze. This way you can last long without medicines.

For backne: most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like cetaphil or sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables home made ubtans have also been found to work effectively on back spots and pimples. Mix gram flour, haldi, yogurt and olive oil and scrub your back. After scrubbing wash with lukewarm water and apply alomd + olive oil. This week take 2 weeks to show results but results are permanent.

During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. Do not worry dear its not a disease. these are the accumulated sperms that comes out naturally..... Take 1 tsf ashwgandha churna twice a day with milk./ 1 month.. Walk a mile after taking dinner. Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
