Dear sir, I am sure you are under the care of good doctors. Please continue their advice until 6 months after the stroke. If you are not happy with their treatment, I would suggest you see a new locally available neurophysician who will examine you and get some tests done.

1] Vegetable stuffed sandwich with whole grain bread (2 slices, regular) + 1 banana + 1 glass milk

2] Egg white sandwich with multigrain bread + fruit smoothies

3] Oats porridge in milk with berries / banana / other fruits.

4] Egg white omelette with toasted brown bread + fruit juice

5] Oats upma / multi grain bread upma / pohe + smoothies or chaas.

6] 1 plate mix fruit chaat with lemonade

7] Egg nog with a fruit / handful of nuts and seeds

7] Baked fish with a fruit juice

8] Chicken sandwich with multigrain bread + smoothies

10] Roasted channa / roasted soyabean with buttermilk / fruit juice

My skin become dry at nose and upper lips. And redness is also in these areas. What to do? And wherever m doing to do itching it becomes red and bumps. Pls advice!

Looks like you have solar dermatitis. It means your skin is too sensitive to exposure to sunlight. As a remedy you can use an umbrella while going outdoors. Apply sunscreen lotion etc.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Take Lycopodium 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. No 1: Rotator Cuff Isometrics Basic isometric exercise is too often overlooked and underused. This is a shame as I find it very effective in reducing a lot of shoulder pains in many people that it rightly deserves my No 1 spot despite them being perceived as boring and simplistic nature. Although recently they are gaining some popularity and credibility again. Isometric exercises for those non therapists reading, is when a muscle/tendon is asked to contract but there is no movement of the joint and so no change in the length of the muscle/tendon, just like when you flex your pecs and biceps in the mirror after a shower… No! just me that does that then, ok moving on…! In my clinic I see a lot of people with acute shoulder pains brought on usually after an increase in activity, sport or training and most I beleive have a reactive cuff tendinopathy. Most of these shoulders have quite high pain levels for the first few weeks and we know that isometrics are great for reducing pain (source) and they do produce some significant forces and tension in the cuff, so can be thought of beginning the needed loading program. There are lots of variations and I don't think it matters too much how you do them, it's more important how hard and how much you do them, more on this in a bit. The isometric exercises I usually give are a Back of the hand Wall Press' used when I suspect a more superior cuff tendinopathy, it's done simply by standing next to a wall and pressing the back of the hand into the wall in the scapular plane (called Scaption) at approx 30° of abduction.

Sir I am suffering from cold and cough from last 8 days. Please tell me what should i do?

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment: A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. -Complications like infections of ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or lungs.Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately -Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hey doc, I am a very cheerful person on the outside or I should say that I pretend to be happy in front of my family and friends but somewhere inside I am really disturbed. I feel really insecure in relationships. I am afraid of losing people whom i love. Therefore I don't express much about my feelings to them. I don't want to lose someone I love and thus that keeps me away from them. I am seeking your help and would be grateful if you revert to the same .

There are two harmful things you are doing that have no reasonable basis to be taken as facts: one, with the fear of losing them, you are not expressing your feelings; and secondly, you are afraid of their loss for no apparent reason. Now expressing feelings, you may be surprised actually brings people closer, and improves intimacy. It is not the feeling per se that is the problem but it is the way we express them ? you just have to be appropriate in the expression. The other fact is that people will not leave without a reason! What reason do you have that will make people abandon you just like that? Perhaps you think that you are not good enough for them to want to stay with you for long. Depending on how long you have lived with them, they would have already left you, if there was any concern about this. Talk to them about this and see what they have to say. I am absolutely sure that they will be shocked that you are entertaining such false thoughts. They may then give you sureties and loving assurance about how much they love you and that they will never ever do such a thing. Then you owe me a treat, and I so look forward to that.

My wife is 34 weeks pregnant. She feels 3 to 4 movements in a day. Sometimes she feels 2 movements of baby in a day. I m worring about that. Please tell me that its about to worry or not.My wife thought that our is sleeping 90 to 95% in a day. ?

Lie down left lateral for 1/2 hr or 1 hr after having breakfast, lunch & dinner. Then count. Each time it should b at least 3-4 movements.

I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant now. Had a miscarriage in July due to chemical pregnancy and this September 6th I came to I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I feel nauseating alot and vomiting feeling only throughout day and morning sickness with vomiting. Wanted to ask what precautions should I take as eating wise. As of now I can't bear any cooked food smell. So I'm sticking more into sandwiches and juices would it be enough? And by when I can start prenatal yoga exercise. And do I have to be very careful with this pregnancy? but doc did say that it looks healthy pregnancy. Is it normal and safe to get immediate pregnant so fast after the last miscarriage?

Yeah you should be very careful with this pregnancy. In 1st trimester mostly ladies complain of nausea and vomiting. Dont panick. Eat whatever you like. After 12weeks problem will subside. After1st trimester you can start your prenatal yoga. Have small frequent diets. See a nearby gynaec, and do all the necessary investigations done so that if there is any problem, it can be sorted out at the early stage of conception. She will advise you some medicine for nausea and vomting.
