Please give me tips which is helpful for a patient of vitiligo. Is there any fool proof treatment is available for vitiligo?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. You can't say'fool proof' treatment as it's very difficult to cure vitiligo! and treatment and results do differ from person to person! white patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of'relapses' are also there! please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I am getting pimples oftenly and my skin is little bit oily what should I do to get rid of this.

I am getting pimples oftenly and my skin is little bit oily what should I do to get rid of this.
Hello. Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto y skin. Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Use baksons sunny face wash. Avoid touching your face. Protect your skin from too much sun exposure. For complete cure kindly consult us.

My hair is thinning and I have bald patches on crown. My age is 28. Please give me solution.

My hair is thinning and I have bald patches on crown. My age is 28. Please give me solution.
Baldness is of two types. Reversible and irreversible. Reversible means hair roots are alive and regrowth is possible. Irreversible means hair roots are dead and regrowth is not possible. It is important to check the scalp and the hair follicles. Treatment is possible either preventive or curative. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 3 months. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert.

I have eczema from last 2 year. Firstly, pimple filled with water on hand comes out. After that when we destroy it a skin allergy was formed. If not proper care of wetting the hand the allergy will increase. Some doctor suggest that it is due to tension. From last 4 year i came to delhi , obvious tension increases? How i will take necessary action to destroy this disease completely?

Dear, According to your history, looks like you are suffering from eczema but what u should do is to go to a good dermatologist to rule out what kind of eczema it is.Once we know the root cause treatment would be much easier.

Hi . Take adequate sleep atleast for 6 to 8 hours. Avoid use of too much cosmetics and over the counter products. Take plenty of fluids and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Wash your face with ph balanced face washes containing 1-2% glycolic, kojic acid. Use non comedogenic moisturizer at bed time and non-comedogenic/physical sunscreen during day time. Stay healthy and keep glowing☺
