Hello, The main causes of hair loss are, stress, overpressure, irregular life style, junk food & inadequate sleep, regulate  your life style to overcome hairloss & dandruff ,please.  Go for meditation to reduce stress & overpressure. To nourish hair follicles. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body to moisten your scalp. Your diet be simple, easily digestible on time. Tk homoeopathic medicine: @ Weiesbaden  30-6 pills, thrice. @ JaborandyQ -20 drops with olivie oil be applied on scalp, dly. Use, protein shampoo. Apply olive oil on scalp,  weekly. Dear lybrate-user 1.Chicken is an excellent source of high quality protein, which is important for muscle maintenance and repair, bone health, and weight maintenance. And of course, there are so many ways you can cook and prepare chicken.   2. Paneer Not many people know this, but paneer is almost entirely pure casein protein. Casein is a slow-digesting protein, which means it is perfect for muscle maintenance. This is useful especially for people who have no choice but to go long periods without eating. Paneer is also an excellent source of vitamin B12, calcium, and other important nutrients.   3. Eggs Whole Eggs contain high quality protein, nine essential amino acids, choline, the right kind of fat, and vitamin D. They provide the most value for your money. And eggs are not harmful for your health, as numerous studies have already shown.   4. Whey Protein There is a reason why whey protein supplements are the most popular supplement in the fitness industry: they provide a fast and convenient source of protein at an affordable price. Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist. If glass power is there, you will need to wear it. There are no natural medicines available for removal of spectacles.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.
