If simple backpain than sleep without pillow on flat surface but if some slipdisorder than use lumber support belt except sleeping, eating -ur age also consider for osteoporosis so evaluate also.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello lybrate user if there s Only joint pain without any infection then simply you can do warm water hand exercises daily and try to take short breaks /intervals while doing household &kitchen work. exercises with spongy ball and hand exerciser will be helpful.keep in mind do exercises with some rest time thrice a day.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Wear sports shoes only. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. 7. Get full body blood test done.

If no feeling of givingway in your knee you can strengthen your quadriceps to compensate. If your knee is wobbling it needs arthroscopy and proceed.

I think your mom may be a home maker and stands for a longer time. Ask her to do hot water and cold water immersion in a tub alternatively for each about 3 min as a whole for 10 to 15 min. Of possible give her a slow gentle massge for her foot. This will surely reduce her pain and she can sleep well. Take care of your mom. Give her some rest.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Also gentle elbow rom exercises.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. For your knee problem you would need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.

Hello, * you r over weight by 15 kg, causing pain in knee-joint, it may travel down to ankle- joint, too. * you need to work on your obesity, first to get rid of knee- joint, pain. * go for meditation, sitting on a chair, too. * get examined for uric acid level. * take, easily digestible diet in time. **home-care** @ colchicum 1000-6 pills, once a wk. @ ruta 30-6 pills, thrice a day. This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
