Exercises for cervicogenic headache hi dear, I hope you will fitt and fine The following exercises are commonly prescribed to patients with this condition. You should discuss the suitability of these exercises with your physiotherapist prior to beginning them. Generally, they should be performed 2 – 5 times daily and only provided they do not cause or increase symptoms. Your physiotherapist can advise when it is appropriate to begin the initial exercises and eventually progress to the intermediate and advanced exercises. As a general rule, addition of exercises or progression to more advanced exercises should take place provided there is no increase in symptoms. ________________________________________ Initial Exercises Chin Tucks Begin this exercise by sitting or standing tall with your back and neck straight, shoulders should be back slightly. You are probably having an infection of the glans penis and prepucal skin. It is called Balanoposthitis. Get examined urgently by a Dermatologist/ Venerologist and start treatment. Avoid sexual contacts.

I have chosen to have a lot of protein based foods on tuesday and saturday because these are main training day therefore a high amount of protein is needed to help increase muscle size. Week 2 this diet is a lot more protein based then the first week this is because a competition is coming up meaning more carbohydrates and protein will be needed for training, by adding protein shakes and bars makes it easy and effective to boost protein levels. Also i've included a portion of meat each day to help maintain the protein needs. I have included more variety in week 2 as week one was a lot of the same types of food.

This fluid coming out is semen .Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that contains sperms. It is secreted by the sexual glands. Semen coming out at night is also called Night fall or Nocturnal emission or Wet dreams. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. It does not cause any physical harm or weakness.

I cant advice medicine without seeing the condition. You can pinch your nose shut mouth and then blow cheeks so that air goes in ears. This is called valsalva exercise.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Drinking milk is beneficial for the body as it has proteins, sugars (carbs), calcium which are essential for the body & healthy bone growth - preferably one should have low fat milk which contains 1-2% fat compared to full fat milk (4-6%), higher saturated fat is harmful for the body as it increases the bad cholesterol (LDL) level in the blood which can contribute to fat deposition in the blood vessels, also it can lead to increase in body weight.
