In today's stress filled life, most of us struggle from a number of problems, be it physiological or psychological. Premature ejaculation is the uncontrolled ejaculation that occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual intercourse. 1 out of the 3 men faces this problem. If it is happening on a regular basis then it is a cause of concern.

Causes for premature ejaculation:

Biological cause:

  1. Abnormal hormone level
  2. Abnormal levels of brain chemicals
  3. Thyroid problem
  4. Damage of nervous system
  5. Infection in the urethra or prostate
  6. Heredity

Psychological cause:

  1. Erectile dysfunction
  2. Anxiety about intercourse
  3. Cultural guilt related to sexual pleasure
  4. Relationship problems

This problem can be treated using modern techniques like sex therapy, medication or cognitive behaviour therapy. Our ancient Indian literature like 'kamasutra' describes various methods of Ayurvedic treatment by combining various herbs and natural ingredients.

Following are some of the Ayurvedic ingredients for treating premature ejaculation:

  1. Safed musli (Chlorphytum Borivillianum) - It is a small herbs rich in saponnins. It acts as natural source of antioxidants.
  2. Kali musli (Curculigo Orchiodes) - It is a small herb rich natural tannins. It's a small shrub having thick leaves.
  3. Semal musli( Salmalia Malabarica) - It is a herb the extracts of which contains tannic acid and gallic acid as active chemicals.
  4. Gokshur( Tribulus Terrestris) - It is a herb that acts as a urinary bladder cleanser.
  5. Shatavari( Asparagus Racemosus) - It is a herb that helps overcome physical weakness.
  6. Ashwagandha( Withania Somniferum) - It is a dense and hairy shrub that boosts stamina, gives rejuvenation and helps in secretion of semen.
  7. Akarkara( Anacyclus Pyrethrum) - It is a hairy shrub that improves the level of stamina.
  8. Jaiphal( Myristica Fragrans)- The barks and leaves of jaiphal boosts energy and fights microbial infections.

The above mentioned ingredients can be combined together in form of a churan and can be taken to overcome the problem of premature ejaculation. Dear Md Mojassam.....the informations regarding the use of condom are correct as you stated.....But using condom wil protect from you any type of Sexually Transmitted Diseases from your girlfriend.....Irregular menses create a problem for pregnancy....but as you are opting for safe sex by using condom it won't bother you much......In case you feel that there is a leak in the condom or in case you have failed to remove the condom just after ejaculation, i would suggest you to give your sex-mate an oral dose of EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVE within 72 hours of sex

Hello, you should give him Kindival , 2 tabs thrice daily for a good sleep and behaviour. You should develop the practice of spoon feeding because this the best way to avoid unwanted infections. If your baby get used to having a bottle-feed every time he fall asleep, he might develop an association between the bottle and sleep. He might then find it hard to fall asleep without a bottle. There is a risk of tooth decay Milk is quite high in sugar. Soaking your baby’s teeth in it overnight can cause tooth decay. There is a risk of ear infections When a baby drinks lying down, milk can flow through to the ear cavity, which can cause ear infections. Thanks , take care.

I am diabetic for the past 8 years and taking medication for it which causes gassy and stomach upset. So I stopped medication and started vigorous workouts for the past one week. Now I am into walking and weights for the one hour morning and evening. After my morning worker session I east like just 2 chappatis and a bowl of salad. Dear lybrater user you said you are not on any medication. Please try to follow the following 1. No sugar. No sweets. No bakeryitems and fried items. 2. Minimum fruits. May be 200 g per day 3. No dry fruits and nuts. 4. So you can take moderate quantity of rice, chapatti. Poha. Dosa etc 5. No restrictions on vegetables. 6 try reduce or stop all together potatoes and other tubers. If you eat consider it as a rice or chapatti or other cereal portion 7. Try taking only salad at night. 8. Walk 45 min covering 4kmdaily. Please do fbs ppbs after 20 days. If sugar is high. We can start you on medication that will not hurt your stomach. Please get back.

6 TIPS TO BE ?WATER WISE? FOR HEALTHY KIDNEYS
Keep your kidneys healthy by being ?water wise.? This means drinking the right amount of water for you. A common misconception is that everyone should drink eight glasses of water per day, but since everyone is different, daily water needs will vary by person. How much water you need is based on differences in age, climate, exercise intensity, as well as states of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and illness.

About 60-70% of your body weight is made up of water, and every part of your body needs it to function properly. Water helps the kidneys remove wastes from your blood in the form of urine. Water also helps keep your blood vessels open so that blood can travel freely to your kidneys, and deliver essential nutrients to them. But if you become dehydrated, then it is more difficult for this delivery system to work. Mild dehydration can make you feel tired, and can impair normal bodily functions. Severe dehydration can lead to kidney damage, so it is important to drink enough when you work or exercise very hard, and especially in warm and humid weather.

Here are 6 tips to make sure you?re drinking enough water and to keep your kidneys healthy:

1.Eight is great, but not set in stone. There is no hard and fast rule that everyone needs 8 glasses of water a day. This is just a general recommendation based on the fact that we continually lose water from our bodies, and that we need adequate water intake to survive and optimal amounts to thrive. The Institute of Medicine has estimated that men need approximately 13 cups (3 liters) of fluid daily, and that women need approximately 9 cups (2.2 liters) of fluid daily.
2.Less is more if you have kidney failure (a.K.A. End stage kidney disease). When the kidneys fail, people don?t excrete enough water, if any at all. For those who are receiving dialysis treatment, water must actually be greatly restricted.
It?s possible to drink too much water. Though it is not very common for this to happen in the average person, endurance athletes like marathoners may drink large amounts of water and thereby dilute the sodium level in their blood, resulting in a dangerous condition called hyponatremia.
3.Your urine can reveal a lot. For the average person, ?water wise? means drinking enough water or other healthy fluids, such as unsweetened juice or low fat milk to quench thirst and to keep your urine light yellow or colorless. When your urine is dark yellow, this indicates that you are dehydrated. You should be making about 1.5 liters of urine daily (about 6 cups).
4.H2O helps prevent kidney stones and UTIs. Kidney stones and urinary tract infections (UTIs) are two common medical conditions that can hurt the kidneys, and for which good hydration is essential. Kidney stones form less easily when there is sufficient water available to prevent stone-forming crystals from sticking together. 5.Water helps dissolve the antibiotics used to treat urinary tract infections, making them more effective. Drinking enough water also helps produce more urine, which helps to flush out infection-causing bacteria.
6.Beware of pills and procedures. Drinking extra water with certain medications or before and after procedures with contrast dye may help prevent kidney damage. Read medication labels and ask questions before undergoing medical procedures involving contrast dyes. Always consult with your healthcare provider first though, especially if you are on a fluid restriction.

This sounds like an anxiety problem. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. The medically measured statistical average length of an erect penis is 5.1 inches. Most men have an erect penile size between 4 to 6 inches. Most claims about an 8 or 9 inch penile length are lies and exaggerations. Such lengths do occur but they are exception and not the norm. Also sexual gratification does not depend upon the penis length. Keep in mind that the average vagina is just three to five inches long. So a longer penis just stays outside and does not contribute to sexual gratification by itself. so don't worry about penis size .
