I have sex problem, while doing intercourse with my wife my penis is not getting straight and before foreplay it's ejaculate, this is happening last six month, I have taken lot of medicine but I am getting any result and my penis size is small. So pls kind suggest me.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation. If all these not helping then you can approach a Psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and medications like SSRIs -Dapoxetine or chlomipramine. The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.

Less semen count can be treated with medicine once the cause is found out. Ivf is the last resort. Get in touch with your gynaecologist for further investigation and find out the cause of your low semen profile.

Doctor how can I make my penis strong, bold, long and big. And how to clean and white it. Tell me some homemade solution.

MBBS (Gold Medalist, Hons), MS (Obst and Gynae- Gold Medalist), DNB (Obst and Gynae), Fellow- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (ACOG, USA), FIAOG

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don’t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

I have suffering from a high fever since last two days so what I have to do for its care?

MBBS
General Physician, Nadia
These are self limiting viral fever. All you have to do is take paracetamol 500 twice daily along with an antacid. If you are having fever with chills and rigor or if the fever causes severe pain in joints or does not resolve within 3 days perform a blood rest for mp/mpda, dengue ns1/ igg/igm.

Are there any long-term effects associated with taking ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) medications? If so, what are they and what medications are implicated?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Nothing major, in terms of side effects or increased health risks, has been found for taking medications to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD There are no long-term studies assessing these meds in people who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. Almost all of the data on stimulants comes from patients who have been diagnosed with narcolepsy -- a genetically based sleep disorder that causes excessive sleepiness and frequent daytime sleep attacks. Narcoleptics take mild stimulants daily to treat their condition, often for decades. There have been no reported problems.Anyone who is concerned about medication safety should remember the risks of non-treatment. Untreated ADD/ADHD adversely affects a person's life in many ways. Those with ADD/ADHD who don’t take medication have a significant increase in auto accidents, drug abuse, unplanned pregnancy, and job loss. They also are more likely to separate and/or divorce compared with those who take medication.

Hi doctor. Due to MASTURBATION I have lost my memory power quit a bit. So being a 18 year old student I want to get rid of it. Pls tell me home remedies to increase memory power. Besides home remedies some others also if there are.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, There are few food which helps you in boosting up your memory power, increases focus & concentration, so try to take more of these: 1.Choline: Good sources of choline include liver, milk, eggs and peanuts. 2.Vitamin B: B vitamins are not synthesized in the body, and thus need to be obtained from food. B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins, which means that they are not stored within the body. In consequence, the B vitamins need ongoing replenishment. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) rich sources include unrefined grain products, ready-to-eat cereals, meat (especially pork), dairy products, peanuts, legumes, fruits and eggs. Foods that contain high concentrations of vitamin B3 (niacin) in the free form include beans and organ meat, as well as enriched grain and cereal products. While niacin is present in corn and other grains, the bioavailability of the nutrient is much less than it is in protein-rich sources. The role of vitamin B9 (folic acid) during pregnancy is vital to normal development of the nervous system in the fetus. Good sources of folate include liver, ready-to-eat breakfast cereals, beans, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, and orange juice.Animal protein products are a good source of vitamin B12 (cobalamine), particularly organ meats such as kidney or liver. Other good sources are fish, eggs, and dairy products. 3.Vitamin A: The foods highest in Vitamin A are any pigmented fruits and vegetables and leafy green vegetables. 4.Zinc: Zinc is a very important part of the brain as well; many regions of the brain, such as the cerebellum, and hippocampus have neurons that contain this nutrient.Zinc is needed to maintain normal Vitamin A levels in blood plasma. Sources of zinc are meats, certain seafood, whole grains, baked beans, oatmeal, milk (low-fat), cashewnut, almonds, kidney-beans, cheese, peas, spinach, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine for increasing memory - Anacardium 200/ once daily.

I feel headache in the morning when I start to work in my office in front of computer. Because of this I am unable to work effectively. After some hours it decreases automatically. Is it normal or do I need a medicine.

MBBS, MD - Anaesthesiology, FIPM, Fellowship in palliative medicine, certificate in interventional pain management
Pain Management Specialist, Pune
This headache can be due to refractive errors. Get your vision checked first and wear spectacles if needed. This should take care of the headache. If vision is nòrmal, other causes of headache need to be looked for. For relief from headache you can take over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.
