To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

Hello a healthy lifestyle can delay and even prevent diabetes, even if it is your family and you have inherited the'diabetic' genes. Regular exercise such as swimming, cycling, or walking helps to delay or prevent diabetes: 30 minutes a day is the recommended minimum, but 90 minutes a day is needed to lose weight. Exercise is proven to prevent diabetes. Gaining weight increases the risk of diabetes 2-3 times at least. A healthy diet helps to delay or prevent diabetes.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hi there, greetings! in order to lose weight you need to eat healthy and switch to a healthier lifestyle. Eat small and frequent meals drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day have minimum of 2 fruits in a day have foods which are high in fiber such as oats, fruits and vegetables. Your diet needs to be rich in proteins and fiber you can obtain proteins from the simplest and easily available sources like milk, curd, buttermilk, egg whites, chicken, fleshy fish and low fat paneer lastly stay motivated and work towards your goal of losing weight in a healthy way.

For nasal bleeds, bend forward and pinch your nose for 5-10 min. As it is due to hot weather, you can apply cold compress too. Wear sunglasses while going out in sun. Drink plenty of liquids. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Hope this helps you.

Hi try berb aqq / 5 drops in one fourth cup water twice daily. Apply berb aquifolium ointment on face twice. Do this for at least 15 days. Avoid fried, oily, junk food take plenty of fluids.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello Mr Anwar, If the X ray, ECG and Echo cardio gram are all normal, then you dont need to worry much but you need to be vigilant. Take antacid Gelusil one tsp twice a day for a week and see if there is any improvement. If the pain lasts, you need to consult another doctor who is different from the one you consulted with before, in order to take a second opinion and you will have to repeat the ECG and Echocardiogram.

Hello lybrate-user for weight loss no need to join any jim by itself you can get it. First try to take diet on fix time daily and take more time while eating like 20minutes in one time meal. Reduce dose of food less chapati etc. Avoid water taking just after food. Avoid all maida items. Fried food. Sweets. Cakes. Colddrinks. Fast food. Butter. Creams etc. Avoid all adictions eg. Alcohal if taking. Nonveg also avoid. Take more of vegetable. Salads. Fruits. Etc. Do yoga, excersise one hour daily. Take one glass hot water with two spoon honey mix in it. Avoid to sleep after 7am. Avoid day time sleep. In medicines you can take arogyavardhini vati 2-2tablet and medoharvidangadi loha guggul tablet two two after food with warm water. Also take trifla churna one tsf at bed time daily. Plan monthly targets to reduce 3-4kg weight. It will help you a lot.

I am a 29 year old man, my problem is my excitement dies when I am doing actual sex. I don't achieve orgasm while having sex. I like porn and then the excitement is there, I masturbate almost every day. I like women and attracted to them. But I don't feel the excitement when I actually see or touch a naked girl or get naked in front of her. I have also checked for thyroid levels, they are absolutely normal.
