I'm 19 years old and want to lose weight. I need to know what foods to eat. Everywhere I look online they say count your calories, eat random% proteins, random% fibre and all. But it never specifies which foods I should eat to get all this. As an Indian counting calories is near impossible because I never buy packaged food. It would be really helpful if someone could give me a healthy diet plan. Thanks in advance.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Hello doc. My mother have to go to washroom 3 to 4times a day. She have mucus in her stool. She has tested stool several tym but der is no problem. Her sugar level is also increasing. Due to all dis problem her body weight has decreased to 62kg only. Please suggest diet for gaining weight. She is vegetarian.

Probably she is suffering from autonomic neuropathy or ibs syndrome. Give her rifimixin 200mg thrice a day for 3months. About diet, she should take normal diet avoiding junk food, juices, sugar n fried things.

I and my husband had unprotected sex just after my periods and in the past also we had sex but after using unwanted 72 I used to get my periods in 10 days like it was 14 august & I got my periods on 26 aug In sept 3rd n got it on 12th sept only but this time it has been 20 days but still I have not got my periods. I have fungal infection in September 2012 that time I am in hostel near bangalore after words taking some treatment their only after 2014 April taken medicine prescribed skin specialist some times cure and after starts in 2016 taken medicine prescribed by skin specialist he gave ointment also it goes it state again what is treatment.

You can prevent fungal infection from occurring but it can recur. Some people get this infection with weather change. You should take shower twice, on the fungal area, use warm water and pat dry. Do not rub or scratch. Take medication. Avoid wearing synthetic or tight clothes.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
