Dear sir, kindly rinse your mouth after every meal, you can even use a mouthwash for a brief period which helps to reduce food lodgement and cleanses the area, dental floss which is easily available these days can be used to clean the inter dental area.

If your genetic type is ++ or +-, your blood type will be Rh positive. Only if your genetic type is — will you be Rh negative. This means that if both parents have Rh+ blood with the +- genes, they could have children who are ++, +-, or –. In other words, their children could be either Rh positive or Rh negative. Children who are Rh negative can have parents who are either Rh positive or Rh negative.In the very simplest terms, you inherit a positive or a negative Rh type from each parent. So, you could wind up with two positives, two negatives or a positive-negative mix. The positive gene dominates, so a positive-negative combination will result in a positive type as well as having two positives. Only two negatives will produce a child with a negative type.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Your bones may bee normal ,your muscular structure may be lrss. In that case go on more protein diet. Like Chenna, raajma matter, etc. Easy way to make a tonic at home. Fry all dhals like chenna Rajma lobiya masoor. Make powder. Daily take one table spoon of powder with sugar in a glass of milk.

I walk and run daily in the morning but I could not run a longer distance yet. Mostly I can run 400 to 500 metres. So how can I improve Mr. running distance?

Hi lybrate-user, running is a very good exercise. It can take several weeks to make changes to your running style but it's worth it – they can make a world of difference to your speed, efficiency and injury risk. First, focus on running tall – imagine a thread pulling the top of your head upwards – and don't sink into your hips. Putting in short bursts of speed activates the fast-twitch muscle fibres that are needed for quicker running. But speed work doesn't need to be painful or run you into the ground. Instead, go for your usual run at a nice, easy pace. Stop, get your breath back, then run fast (about 90% effort) for a stretch of 80-100m, then walk/jog back to recover. Focus on good technique (see above) and stay in control. Repeat 3-5 times. When you're trying to build endurance, one of your runs each week should be a longer run, but it should be run at a pace where you could hold a full conversation. This will enable you to increase your distance by about 10% each week without fatigue. The second important strategy is tempo (or threshold) running. Tempo pace is running slightly out of your comfort zone for sections of your run. So in a 30-minute run, you could incorporate three sections of five minutes at tempo pace – at about 80-85% effort – then recover at normal pace. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hi lybrate-user for covering your body you must wear light clothes during summers or whenever you step out of sun. Light coloured clothes absorb less heat and prevent tanning also. Always apply an spf 50 sunscreen, preferably gel based while going out in sun which would prevent tanning. If you had already tanned your skin you should use spf 30 during night time before going to bed. For further medication and tips contact.

Sir, last 2 days am going to toilet lightly bleeding in motion with painful. Same time today morning am feel like (lightly) good. Some one told me you got piles that way you motion will bleeding. Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. There are many reasons, not necessarily every time there is piles. Say fissure may be there where is minor friction of anal opening through hard stools and give blood. Even spices, non veg can give blood in stool even when there is no piles.
