1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

some families have cholesterol. others have high cholesterol due to wrong eating habits by taking more fats. you can reduce by taking less of bad fats like street food , packed foods but do take a spoon of good fats like pure ghee/butter and a katori of assorted nuts to give you good fats and proteins. drink fresh lemon juice plus spoon of honey with warm water everyday on empty stomach. you can have lemon juice during the day also. apple cider vinegar does reduce cholesterol. dilute it with water or juice. some people claim that pomegranate juice or fruit does help reduce cholesterol.other fruits with fiber also absorb cholesterol and reduce it. no juices -real or synthetic. eat fresh and natural. try all of the above as none has any side effects but do not take medicines to lower cholesterol.

I am 22 years old unmarried girl. I have been suffering from irregular and absent periods from jan 2015. I get period only when I take tablets and the bleeding is also very little and last nly for 2 days. I have visited gynecologist they suggested ne livogen tablet still there is no regular period. Recently my gynecologist has taken hormonal test in dat leutinizing hormone level was 14.92 she said that iy is poly cyst and prescribed me vofol myo and padmini tablet. I have been using these tablets from past 10 days. I have got bloated stomach from april 2015 and my stool colour is very dark like black and tarry. From past 1 week I have been suffering from sore hands, tongue, mouth, giddiness, and iam unable to sleep also and also burning sensation in hands and feet sumtyms. Are these due to intake of medicines or any other problem. I have seen in net that bloated stomach, dark black tarry stool and sore hands can be the symptoms of any type of cancer. And giddiness blur vision and burning sensation of hands and legs are due to diabetes. please do repl am really worried am I having cancer or its due to the intake of medicines or do I have diabetes. please do repl. than n advance.

As of now it seems to be due to the intake of medication and for your main problem I will suggest you to take tablet folvite 5 mg twice a day for a month and than once a day for another six months and better to stop hormonal tablets after this period and to do daily exercises and revert back to me after six months

Water is the most important nutrient for every human being. Drinking water early morning should be taken before brushing your teeth as it improves your health and makes you energetic. Wake up early from bed do not wash your face and mouth. Sit comfortably and drink at least 4 glasses of water.

Then after some time, brush and clean your mouth. Avoid eating anything for 30-40 minutes. Initially, you will find difficulty in drinking 4 glasses so start from 1-2 glasses and then increase gradually by 4 glasses of water. If it is possible, you can drink some lukewarm water also.

Most of the people do not know the benefits of drinking water early morning so they start their day with coffee or tea which is not good for health. Drinking of water empty stomach is really beneficial as it eliminate toxins and all substances that our body does not need. It has several benefits like maintaining the elasticity and tonicity of the skin, prevent constipation, helps in maintaining blood pressure, headache, diarrhoea, vision problems, diabetes, TB, heart problems etc. There are several other benefits. So start drinking water and make yourself fit and healthy.

  1. Nutrition: Nutrition is the fuel that keeps the body going. From grains to carbohydrates to essentials fats, dairy, fibre, some amount of meat and even fruits and vegetables - you need to have a little bit of everything, every single day. This will give your lean muscle much-needed nourishment so that it helps in banishing fat and works harder to give you a toned look. Also, the metabolism works faster with these kinds of food.
  2. Processed Food: Processed food is usually fortified and preserved with salt and fat that defeats healthy eating and makes you gain pounds. You should try and stick to freshly prepared food. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

For increasing your height I will suggest you to do skipping daily as per your capacity for next six months and follow up with finding and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear If we will increase our immunity and will eat a healthy diet then the pains can be managed as the main symptom of patient stiffness and pain. Please share your blood reports whatever you had undergone. We will see to it and reply as accordingly. Till then do one thing bring castor oil (available in medical stores) Take some sunthi powder approx 300 mg and mix it in one cup of water. Boil water till it remains half cup and if you are not diabetic you can ad sugar. Now filter it and add 1 teaspoon of castor oil in it. Drink this water twice a week. Let me know the effects of it and later i will adjust the dose. It will not reduce pains immediately but will help you body to fight with it.
