Sometimes fungal infections can be very resistant to treatment. I suggest you get additional blood tests like fasting and pp blood sugar to rule out diabetes. Also it's best to confirm infection by taking vaginal swabs and checking drug sensitivities.

Use rose herbal face pack or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the face and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply pounded orange and lemon peel apply on affected area.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

Actually the fact is that after leaving Gym ,we become complacent in our diet too and lack of exercise and increase in dieet add on to our weight.So the exact criteria after loing weight in Gym i to maintain your weight at home by continuing with morning walkss and light exercise and keep away from fried and oily food as much a you can.Our weight is a simple Mathematics,what we eat will add on and what we burn will be substracted from out weight.Point is to keep our mind strong and say no to sweets.

Tenovate m on face for 10 years but why, who prescibed you this medication ,are you using it as a over the counter drug. please plz don't use these medication without prescription. Look for some good dermatologist near you and please stop experimenting with drugs by yourself. By the way you are using corticosteroid on your face it can have many side effects.

HI Lybrate USER 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily, Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

YOu have to avoid tension and keep a calm mind by meditation and yoga .Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

सिरदर्द सबसे आम चिकित्सीय मुद्दों में से एक हैं जो ज्यादातर लोग अपने जीवन में कई बार अनुभव करते हैं. सिरदर्द एक तेज दर्द या एक धड़कती हुए सनसनी के रूप में दिखाई दे सकता है. सिरदर्द धीरे - धीरे या अचानक विकसित हो सकते हैं. सिर की एक या सिर के दोनों ओर सिरदर्द हो सकता है. सिरदर्द सिर में एक निश्चित स्थान पर भी हो सकते हैं, या पूरे सिर में एक स्थल से फैल सकते हैं. सिरदर्द एक घंटे से भी कम समय से लेकर कई दिनों तक रह सकते हैं।

सिरदर्द तनाव या भावनात्मक संकट का संकेत हो सकता है, या यह एक चिकित्सीय विकार से उत्पन्न हो सकता है, जैसे कि माइग्रेन, उच्च रक्तचाप, चिंता, या अवसाद। अधिकांश समय में सिरदर्द हानिरहित होता है, लेकिन इससे जटिलताएं भी हो सकती हैं. सिरदर्द विभिन्न रूपों में आते हैं: तनाव, माइग्रेन, साइनस और क्लस्टर सिरदर्द.

सिरदर्द के कारण
सिरदर्द के लक्षण इसकी वजह और उपयुक्त उपचार को निर्धारित करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। ज्यादातर सिरदर्द गंभीर बीमारी का नतीजे नहीं हैं, लेकिन आपातकालीन देखभाल की आवश्यकता वाले कुछ लोगों के लिए जीवन - धमकी वाली स्थिति का परिणाम हो सकता है। सिरदर्द को प्राथमिक के रूप में वर्गीकृत किया जा सकता है, जब वे किसी अन्य शर्त के कारण न हो, और द्वितीयक के रूप में, जब कोई और अंतर्निहित कारण हो. 

1. प्राथमिक सिरदर्द
प्राथमिक सिरदर्द खड़े अकेले बीमारी है जो दर्द-संवेदनशील होते हैं, सिर में संरचनाओं की अति क्रियाशीलता, या समस्याओं के कारण सीधे होते हैं। एक प्राथमिक सिरदर्द आपके सिर में दर्द संवेदनशील संरचनाओं की अति क्रियाशीलता या समस्याओं के कारण होता है। इसमें रक्त वाहिकाएं, मांसपेशियां, सिर और गर्दन की नसें शामिल हैं. प्राथमिक सिर दर्द किसी अंतर्निहित बीमारी का लक्षण नहीं है। सिरदर्द मस्तिष्क में रासायनिक गतिविधि में होने वाले बदलावों से भी हो सकते हैं।
प्राथमिक सिरदर्द में माइग्रेन, तनाव और क्लस्टर सिरदर्द शामिल हैं, साथ ही साथ कई अन्य कम सामान्य प्रकार के सिरदर्द भी शामिल हैं।
2. तनाव सिर दर्द:
सिरदर्द का सबसे आम कारण लंबे समय तक तनाव या परेशानी है। इन्हें तनाव सिरदर्द या मांसपेशी संकुचन सिरदर्द कहा जाता है। आपके खोपड़ी, गर्दन, और चेहरे में मांसपेशियों के कसने और अनुबंध से ऐंठन और दर्द हो सकता है। मनोवैज्ञानिक कारक जैसे कि चिंता, आइस्ट्रेन, और तनाव (उदाहरण के लिए, लंबे समय के लिए एकाग्रता) और साथ ही यांत्रिक कारक जैसे गर्दन का तनाव (उदाहरण के लिए, एक कंप्यूटर पर लंबे समय तक काम करना) सबसे सामान्य कारण हैं.
3. माइग्रेन का सिरदर्द:
ये प्राथमिक सिरदर्द का दूसरा सबसे आम प्रकार है. माइग्रेन आमतौर पर अधिक गंभीर होते हैं और आपको कमजोर कर सकते हैं। माइग्रेन का कोई विशेष कारण नहीं होता, लेकिन हार्मोनल परिवर्तन (एक महिला के मासिक धर्म चक्र के दौरान), कुछ खाद्य पदार्थ (जैसे, चॉकलेट, वृद्ध चीज), पेय पदार्थ (जैसे, रेड वाइन, कॉफ़ी), मजबूत गंध, नींद की कमी, और यहां तक कि तनाव सहित कुछ कारकों से शुरू हो सकते हैं। 
4. क्लस्टर सिर दर्द:
क्लस्टर सिरदर्द एक रेअर प्रकार का प्राथमिक सिरदर्द है। वे अधिक बार पुरुषों को प्रभावित करते हैं, परिवारों में चलते हैं, सिगरेट के धूम्रपान के साथ दृढ़ता से जुड़े होते हैं. वे कुछ दिनों, हफ्तों या महीनों तक समूहों में, महीनों से वर्षों तक लंबे समय सिरदर्द - मुक्त काल के साथ होते हैं।
5. माध्यमिक सिरदर्द
माध्यमिक सिरदर्द एक बीमारी का लक्षण है, जो सिर के दर्द - संवेदनशील नसों को सक्रिय कर सकता है। बड़ी मात्रा में, गंभीरता से बहुत भिन्न स्थितियां होती हैं, जिनका कारण माध्यमिक सिरदर्द हो सकता है। 

  1. तीव्र साइनस
  2. शराब का हैंगओवर
  3. मस्तिष्क का ट्यूमर
  4. खून के थक्के
  5. मस्तिष्क के अंदर या चारों ओर खून बहना
  6. " ब्रैन फ्रीज," या आइसक्रीम के सिरदर्द
  7. कार्बन मोनोऑक्साइड विषाक्तता
  8. निर्जलीकरण
  9. आंख का रोग
  10. इंफ्लुएंजा

Hello. I've been using Garcinia cambogia extract capsules for 2 weeks. Its for weight loss. I've read reviews n watch videos regarding this and its proven that this fruit extract has extraordinary results on weight loss. Mine I ordered from amazon from delhi, india.it contains 85% HCA. SO I want to ask is it good for health n can affect me physically. I take 2 capsules a day. One 45 min before from Breakfast and second also 45 min before dinner.Please tell.

Garcinia cambogia helps to imrpove metabolism and curbs appetite. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1.
