My daughter age is 12 she has very small pimples and now spot in her face and forehead she does not clean her face properly if I told that pls clean your with besan and haldi then my husband said that no need for fashion he told me that I have spoiled my face with this type of ingredients my age is 39 I have also not clear face pimples spot and brown spot I have leave it me but what I do for my daughter should I give some fash wash or moisture and sun cream and use home things she has sensitive and I think oily skin pls suggest me.

Hi! Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood. Hye, thankyou for your query. Feeling energetic every day can dramatically improve your quality of life. Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet. Eat the amount of grains that corresponds to your age, sex, and level of activity. 3. Be careful not to overeat. While it is important to ensure you are eating a balanced diet of wholesome foods, it is also important to control your portions when you eat. Overeating makes your feel tired and listless. Avoid binge eating. Avoid nighttime heavy eating. 4. Avoid false energy. There are many products that claim to give you energy when you consume them, but they do not always deliver. Even if they do give you energy, the effects are often short-lived. Example, coffee, tea or chocolates. 5. Opt for natural remedies and avoid medications and supplements unless you are deficient in some nutrient. 6. Exercise on a daily basis to feel energetic every day. Even though you may feel too tired to exercise, taking the initiative to get active can actually give you more energy. 7. Drink water to stay hydrated. Keeping yourself hydrated by drinking water throughout the day is an important way to avoid fatigue and low energy levels. 8. Get on a regular sleep schedule. A proper sleep schedule is crucial to having sufficient energy throughout the day. 9. Get help if you feel overwhelmingly fatigued. If you maintain regular diet and sleep patterns but still feel fatigued, you may need to seek help. You may need to be tested for conditions that often lead to fatigue, such as thyroid disease, depression, anemia, or chronic fatigue syndrome. 10. Avoid stress. Schedule your daily activities. Keeping your life organized is essential to feeling energetic. By preventing as much as stress as possible, you will be able to have time to focus on other fun activities.

u please take lots of water,if u don't like to plain water take juices,take small frequent meals,,cut fruits...n try to take slightly bland food nly but every two hrs once,take rest,,u must have dehydrated urself too much so ur feeling this...Take care..

I have black spots as well pimples on my back I used scar removal cream for 4 months but didn't see any changes what should I do?

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi, My father is suffering from Depression and he takes 1 tablet a day of around 5mg . Please guide me what i do for releasing the same.

You have not mentioned what drug it is that your father is taking and for how long he has been depressed. I suggest that he also goes for counseling and learns some skills around coping with life. Have him expose himself in the sunlight for at least 30 minutes every day; make him do regular and vigorous exercise, if he fit enough; have him socialize, engage in outside activities; eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits, and vegetables); sleep for around 8 hours only; cheer himself up with sitcoms; attend workshops, seminars, conferences, talks, spiritual discourses; do Yoga and meditation; and learn stress management.

Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

You take abhayamruta 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner for 3 month. Change food habites. Avoid over eating, spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg home made foods with green vegitabales salad. Do not drink water during meals time if you fill spacy take sip not more than 1/2glass in complite meals. Water avoid is the best. After one end half hour take 2, 3 glass of water. In morning gets up do not wash mouth take 2 glass of water in setting position than wash. Take 3 to 4 litter water in 24 hours.

I have sores on inside of upper lips and they are almost 5 in no. I used candid mouth paint and took 2 spoons of liquid bcompsules b complex two times a day but there is no case of improvement why.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. For properly aligned teeth you can go for Orthodontic treatment, you need to consult to an Orthodontist for that. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
