You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hello, You can start having appetizers like warm soups, staters etc, they will help you built your appetite. You might be weak may be because there is insufficient food in oyur body. Stat having smaller meals and gradually increase the quantity. Starting meals with bit semi solid liquids will also be helpful.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must consult and take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

You are not gaining weight because your liver not working normally. You take Liv 52 syrup 1to2 spoon 30 minutes before lunch end dinner for a month end take Ķeva protein powder 10g in water juice or soup mix end take it with breakfast for a month than consult me.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Health drinks will not solve your problem. Loss of weight can be due to various reasons like change in diet, eating timings, stress, additional work or travel. So, assess what has changed and work on it. Eat small but frequent meals. Don't skip meals especially breakfast. Let each meal be nutritious and energy dense.

Focus on healthy foods to gain weight. Eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi lybrate user, your bmi (body mass index) is is normal according to your height. Try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietitian.
