Dear lybrate user, Some times you gain wt without taking proper diet,required. Hence ,take your breakfast,lunch & dinner ,easily digestible on time. Go for swimming, jogging,cycling,skipping. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Avoid,lift and opt staircase in your office. Take,plenty of water. Homoeo medicine: @ Fucus vas Q-20 drops,thrice with 1/2 cup of water,before each meal. Please. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet.

While doing activities i am easily tired. Especially while playing football I can play only first few minutes and then become too tired, and can not run more. I think it is due to lack of stamina. Please give me some tips to increase my stamina level.

Hi welcome - for weight gain you need to practice well planned high carbs enriched with quality protein diet. You can add supplement of whaey protein two times one with breakfast & another in evening or at bed time with milk or lukewarm water.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. The symptoms you are describing seems to indicate deficiency of Thyroid / Iron / Calcium / Vit D. It is better you get a Complete Blood Test - CBC along with complete body check up package test done. These tests should include Calcium./ Vit D tests done. This will give some indication about the cause of your problems. Then the problem can be resolved.

16 kgs is good amount of weight, gaining in a year. you can intially check your fat ratio and muscles mass, that what exactly you need to balance. due to excess weight you must be feeling lazy during the day. on a basic note you can start with these things:- Eat a high-protein breakfast. ... Hi lybrate-user for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.
