To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

I am having a wrist pain in my left hand since two months. Whenever I bend my wrist in upward direction it pains. I can't pick things up as well with my left hand. Whenever I do I experience a pain. However the other movements of wrist are OT painful at all. What should be the remedy of this problem?

No need of taking probiotics for life long instead give it a break after every month ,and stick to taking fresh curd in every meal, and eat healthy balanced food with green vegetables fruits and milk. Also you may take these digestive enzymes but not for long as your system will get used to these and will grow dependency.

HI Biswajit... It is better to start dieting and exercise.... Don't start medicine... they are no that effective... And goal should be to become healthy then just reducing cholesterol... Just taking medicine for reducing it will not make you healthy... and side effects of it is also a major headache...
