I have breast itching since last year I have used desonide and tablets but again im suffering with itching I have pcos does pcos and breast itching have interlink? Which doctor should I consult?

Breasts itching is a sign of either some problems with the skin over the breast. PCOS is related to hormonal imbalance where the ovulation is prevented. and the patients usually have weight gain and excess body hair and acne. PCOS and breast itching are NOT related It would be better to have a bath twice a day Use cotton brassiere Please consult a skin specialist for the problem

5 Signs You Might Acquire an Illness Anytime Soon

The trouble with recovering from most illnesses is that we begin to treat the illness too late. Although you cannot expect your body to announce the arrival of a virus, recognizing the signs of falling sick can help treat it earlier. For example, if you can't stop sneezing and can feel the onset of the flu, getting some extra sleep may make you feel better. Here are a few signs that can predict an illness

  1. Reduced appetite - A slight decrease in appetite during the summer is normal but if the sight of food makes you nauseous or you stop enjoying your food, it may be a sign of an oncoming illness. These illnesses could range from a simple cold to gastroenteritis or strep throat. A diminishing diet can be a result of the production of cytokines by the body as part of its inflammatory response to infections. Lesser food takes lesser time to digest thereby using lesser calories and diverting energy towards fighting the infection.
  2. Swollen neck glands - Feel your neck glands, just below the jawbone to check for infections. Swollen neck glands are the body's way of letting you know that you may be falling ill. These are usually a sign of ear infections, cold, dental problems or skin infections. Neck glands are storehouses for white blood cells. When these are activated into fighting infections, the collection of dead cells, bacteria etc result in swollen neck glands.
  3. Fatigue - There's a difference between being tired at the end of a long day and being exhausted throughout the day. The latter is a way your body is telling you to slow down and conserve energy to fight an oncoming illness.
  4. Muscle aches - Aching muscles can also be a sign of the oncoming flu. One of the main reasons for this is the body's production of antibodies that release histamines and cytokines in the bloodstream. When these travel to various muscles, they can trigger pain receptors leading to body aches.
  5. Low fever - The ideal body temperature is 98.7 degrees. If you have a higher temperature that persists for a few days, you may be coming down with an infection. Fever is your body's way of fighting infection by raising its internal temperature. A low fever is a sign of colds, allergies, and even stomach infections.

There is a fine line between being a hypochondriac and recognizing signs of falling sick. To differentiate between the two, pay attention to the type, duration, and intensity of symptoms. If you feel like you're on the verge of falling sick, rest your body and take some multivitamins. If you experience a sudden or severe change in symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.

Sir Hello! . I am 25 years old women. actually, I am doing exercise and walking in the morning and drinking hot water of the same for loosing of weight, But in the office time I am taking paratha and any other snacks with tea. In meantime, After 1 hrs of breakfast I am getting lazy-ness and want to sleep. At that time I am washing my face even going for a round but no use. Whenever I am sitting on my desk I am feeling lazy for sleeping badly, Please doctor advice me something for this bad habit.

Parantha in office can be avoided. It is oily and does induce sleep, specially if sleep deprived or overworked, take light snacks like fruits, boiled eggs if you eat, some assorted nuts, roasted chana, salads and ors type liquids but no curds or chacch, eat moderately at office without staying hungry but do take a proper meal at home. Parantha does not help to lose weight, you can take more proteins like milk and supplements of proteins.

Since many days before I was suffering from time to time intestinal infection I took many medicine lastly doctor suggest me to take DAROLAC Z sachets I tk it for 4 days at bed time with cup of water but please help me for how many days I hv to tk it more please because I forgot to tell d doctor abt how long shall. It's a probitic have healthy bacteria like lactobacillus for food pipe. Your curd also gives you same on a daily basis a healthy dose through food, you cannot go on taking sachets. It's given along with antibiotics which tend to destroy the healthy bacteria of food pipe but given for 10 days, do consult your doctor about duration of your treatment with these sachet, or give it up on your own and eat lots of curds which is harmless if made with toned milk. Curd and bananas diet helps cure chronic diseases of food pipe besides helping in weight loss.

EFFECT OF ALCOHOL ON SPERM AND SEMEN PRODUCTION
Studies have indicated that excessive alcohol intake can reduce the quantity and quality of the sperm. Alcohol can enter the testicles through the bloodstream and cause damage to the shape of the sperm cells. This can lead to sperms with deformed heads or tails and cause hindrance to their movement.

The semen of men may also contain alcohol and this may reach the egg, damaging the resulting embryo. This may cause birth defects and miscarriages.

Studies have been conducted on animals to find out if alcohol has any negative effect on sperm production. In a study conducted on rats, it was found that alcohol led to low levels of testosterone and disturbances in hormonal functioning. It also found decreased seminal production in these rats.

It is believed that alcohol may affect sperm in such a way that only a few remain free of the damaging effects of drinking. It also alters the semen composition, which can harm the ejaculated sperm by either killing it or by reducing its mobility.

It is also believed that alcohol consumption may cause abnormal liver function which may give rise to increased estrogen levels. This may cause problems in sperm production.

Excessive consumption may reduce sperm count in the short time. However, if you abstain from drinking, your sperm counts may return to normal. However, keep in mind that sperm takes around three months to develop. So, if you are going for a semen analysis test, wait for at least four months before getting your sperm count checked.

If you really cannot do without alcohol, you should limit your consumption. Limit your intake to one or two drinks a day. Anything more than that, can affect your semen and sperm production. Also keep in mind that long-term excessive consumption of alcohol can actually cause permanent and irreversible damage to your sperm production. This means that even after you stop drinking, you may never be able to raise your sperm count levels.

In conclusion, if you really want to conceive, you should stop smoking and limit your alcohol consumption. These can not only reduce sperm count and decrease semen production but also have a negative effect on sperm quality and health as well as the quality of your ejaculation. This means that fertilization may become difficult and even if it does occur, there are increased chances of birth defects in the resultant fetus and an increased chance of miscarriages.

I have been leaving a married life for the last 4 Month but in spite of not having any protection while Sex and having regular intercourse. My Wife is still not pregnant. So, required the suggestion from a Sexologist.

Just wait for another 4-5 months. Most couples would conceive within 1 year of marriage. If not then go for investigation.

Hlo Dr. I want to confirm about hymen broken. Is it possible if penis enters only half in vagina and without any penetration hymen is broken. I notice that some spots Of blood comes form vagina. When my partner try to again m feel pain and penis is not enters in vagina I am notice some spots of blood. Please Help me there is not any complete intercourse and not any penetration hymen is break completely and what is the cause of blood spots.

Hello, It seems that you have a experienced a partial hymen break, this is confirmed by blood spots after insertion. Partial breakage sometimes rejoin itself but depends upon how much the damage done to the hymen.

Paracetamol is safer compared to suffering from a low grade fever take a tablet every 8 hourly lots of water and simple proteins diet no antibiotics for 3 days and no blood tests for 3 days most of fever are due to unknown origin and get cured within few days rest, hygiene, food and paracetamol is total treatment for 3 days rest is a need for a check up by doctor.

चमकता चेहरा किसे अच्छा नहीं लगता है, लेकिन फिर भी अधिकतर लोग इस दुविधा में रहते हैं कि आखिर वे कम समय में कैसे अपना चेहरा चमका सकते हैं। वैसे तो परफेक्ट स्किन पाना बहुत आसान काम नहीं है। इसके लिए सही खान-पान के साथ ही त्वचा की उचित देखभाल भी जरूरी है, लेकिन आजकल अधिकतर लोग समय की कमी के कारण त्वचा पर ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं दे पाते। इस वजह से स्किन डल हो जाती है। यदि आपके साथ भी यही समस्या है, तो हम आपको बताने जा रहे हैं कुछ ऐसे आसान घरेलू तरीके जिन्हें आप अपना लेंगे तो चेहरा चमकने लगेगा।

1. दो छोटे चम्मच बेसन में आधा छोटा चम्मच हल्दी मिलाएं। इस मिश्रण में दस बूंद गुलाब जल व दस बूंद नींबू मिलाकर फेंटे। उसके बाद थोड़ा कच्चा दूध मिलाकर पतला लेप बना लें। इस लेप को नहाने से पहले चेहरे पर लगाएं। आधे घंटे बाद चेहरे को धो लें। चेहरा चमकने लगेगा।
2. आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे हों तो रोजाना आंखों के आसपास कच्चे आलू के टुकड़े से हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें। कुछ ही दिनों में काले घेरे दूर हो जाएंंगे।
3.1 चम्मच शहद लेकर उसे चेहरे पर हल्के हाथों से लगाएं। 15-20 मिनट लगा रहने दें, फिर चेहरा धो लें। तैलीय त्वचा हो तो शहद में चार-पांच बूंद नींबू का रस डालकर लगाएं।
4. जौ का आटा, हल्दी और सरसों का तेल पानी में मिलाकर उबटन बना लें। रोजाना शरीर पर मालिश कर गर्म पानी से नहाएं। दूध में केसर मिलाकर पिएं।
5. अखरोट में ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड पाया जाता है। अखरोट खाने से और इसके तेल से मसाज करने पर चेहरे की कांति बढ़ती है।
6. संतरे का जूस पिएं। संतरे के छिलकों को सुखाकर पेस्ट बना कर चेहरे पर लगाएं। यह काफी कारगर नुस्खा है।
7. मुल्तानी मिट्टी में गुलाब जल मिलाकर लगाने से रंगत निखरने लगती है।
8. दो चम्मच खीरे का रस, आधा चम्मच नींबू का रस और चुटकी भर हल्दी मिलाकर लगाएं।
9. चार चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, दो चम्मच शहद, दो चम्मच दही और एक नींबू का रस साथ मिलाकर त्वचा पर लगाएं। आधे घंटे बाद चेहरा धो लें।
10. रोज सुबह खाली पेट एक गिलास गाजर का जूस पीने से रंगत निखरने लगती है।
11. नीम त्वचा की रोग प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ़ाता है। इसके उपयोग से पिंपल्स दूर हो जाते हैं। चार-पांच नीम की पत्तियों को मुल्तानी मिट्टी में मिलाकर थोड़ा पानी डालें और पीस लें। यह लेप चेहरे पर लगाएं और 15 मिनट बाद चेहरा धो लें।
12. केला चेहरे की झुर्रियां मिटाता है। यह त्वचा में कसाव लाता है। पका केला मैश कर चेहरे पर लगाएं। आधे घंटे बाद चेहरा धो लें।
13. एक चम्मच शहद व एक चम्मच नींबू का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाएं। त्वचा निखर जाएगी।
14. जब भी बाहर जाएं तो सनस्क्रीन क्रीम या लोशन लगाएं। सूरज की कठोर किरणें त्वचा की रंगत को कम कर देती हैं।
15. ग्रीन टी एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट से भरपूर होती है। इसके नियमित सेवन से त्वचा के दाग-धब्बे दूर होते हैं।
16. खीरे का रस सांवलापन दूर करने में बहुत सहायक होता है। खीरे का रस निकालकर उसे चेहरे पर लगाकर 15 मिनट रहने दें। फिर चेहरा धो लें। चेहरा चमकने लगेगा।
17.रोज कम से कम आठ से दस गिलास पानी पीने से त्वचा पर झुर्रियां नहीं पड़तीं।
अनार में एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट पाए जाते हैं, जो त्वचा को पूरी उम्र जवान बनाए रखने में मदद करते हैं। इसलिए रोजाना अनार का जूस पीने से रंगत निखरती है।
19. खाने में दाल को जरूर शामिल करें। दाल में प्रोटीन होता है। इसे खाने से त्वचा चमकदार बनती है।
20. स्वस्थ शरीर और स्वस्थ त्वचा के लिए कम से कम 8 घंटे की नींद जरूर लेनी चाहिए।
21. 1/2 चम्मच चिरौंजी को 2 चम्मच दूध में भिगो दें। कुछ घंटे बाद पीसकर पेस्ट बनाकर लगाएं। 15 मिनट बाद धो लें। इस पैक को नियमित रूप से डेढ़ महीने लगाने पर रंग निखरने लगता है।
22. कच्चा दूध त्वचा के लिए बहुत अच्छा होता है। थोड़ा कच्चा दूध लेकर उसे चेहरे पर मलें। सूख जाने पर उस पर खाने वाला नमक लगाकर धीरे-धीरे मसाज करें। इससे मृत त्वचा निकल जाएगी।
23. बेसन, हल्दी, नींबू, दही और गुलाब जल को मिलाकर लेप बनाकर चेहरे पर लगाएं। इस लेप को सप्ताह में एक बार लगाएं।

During the sex can I used any liquid on vagina for more better kissing on vagina by my lips? And which type of liquid I have to used?

If you insert any liquid on the vagina it increases the chance of infection inside the vagina and ultimately you r at risk of getting infected. So refrain from any such activities. Of course you can kiss on the vagina but please do not apply anything there.

I got married 2 months ago and since then have infection. Went to a doctor and was suggested candid cl for 3 nights, then every week and oral AF kit for me and my husband. The problem was resolved. Now for the past few days I have urges to go the bathroom again and again at an interval of 2-3 minutes, plus itching/irritation. I have not taken candid weekly for the past 3 weeks. Should I start taking it again?

This is because of infection due to using public toilets. Avoid public toilets keep clean and dry vaginal portion. Apply some antifungal ointment for itching.

My grand mother is 82 years old and she is suffering from paralysis since from 2 weeks she is unable to move her right leg and hand she is unable to eat anything she is taking only liquids she became very thin we are in hospital now but doctors are telling it will take long time to cure her is there any other way to cure her as soon as possible?

Unfortunately it appears that she has had a stroke and hence right sided hemiplegia with contralateral facial nerve palsy which is causing difficulty in eating. This shall take more than 6-8 months to recover if it does. Regards.
