I am a mother of 1 year old kid. My back near tail bone is swallowen and become slight reddish and I have pain. I didn't fall down or got hurted.Kindly advise

1. Keep tummy muscles tight but don't hold your breath.
2. Keep the shoulders back and down. Avoid rounding shoulders forward and slouching especially when sitting for prolong periods using laptops or computers.
3. Try to stretch every 30 minutes by backward bending back for 30 seconds in standing or sitting.
4. Seek help from a friend or family member who can reinforce your habit and remind when you go to the poor posture mode.
5. Learn specific exercise to strengthen back and abdominal muscles and above all stay active and fit!
I have partial tear in ACL. Grade 1 sprain in lcl and mcl. What should be done to cure it. Surgery or Physio Therapy.

Dr. I am 63 years passed. The past 10 years suffering joint paints both hands fingers swelling, solider pains and some time very high knee joint pains in addition to that suffering sugar problems also. I am a retired boiler / thermal Power engineer. During my service frequently travelled and worked in erection, commissioning and trouble shooting etc. Normally roaming all over India. I got hurt in my leg by a nail. I applied turmeric powder and bleeding stopped in 20 seconds. I took a pain killer tablet and after a few hours applied ice on it and then voveran emulgel. Pain has reduced but slight swelling continues. Please advise Thanks and regards
