I am 37 years old unmarried girl. I drink a lot of water. I have to go frequently to pass out urine. I have to strain to pass out remaining urine. Sometimes I still feel the urge to urinate after urinating. I have done urine tests which is normal. I have done Ultrasound KUB. Prevoid volume is 220 cc and post void residue is 15 cc. Is my bladder overactive or there is some another problem? Pls reply.

Ms. lybrate-user As you asked about your problems related to your over acting urinary system resulting nervousness and depression as well as harmonic imbalances. It is not very serious problems but you need to follow all the dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk before sunrises and ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAM 5 minutes two times daily. You may use light diets Khichari and Dariya with moong daal fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Oat meal at breakfast. Avoid oily or junk food and sour products e.g. Pickles and yogurt. You may use hot water sipping boiled with ginger one cup every half-hour for whole day. You may follow the following Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1- Chandra prabha vati ---1 tab Gokshuradi Guggulu ---2tabs twice daily with warm water. 2- Brihatyadi Kwath ---10 ml Guggulu tiktakam Kwath -10 ml with warm water on empty stomach twice daily. You may use for three weeks if you feel better result then continue it for 3 months regular other wise you will be advisable for your Pulse Diagnosis

She may or may not have bleeding. What about ladies born without hymen? So best is to forget about what happened to hymen.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I am a college student and want to go to the gym ,as prescribed by trainers I should take much protein to get my tissues repaired sooner but it is not possible to take that amount of protein a day from natural food. So should I take artificial protein supplements such as that of optimum nutrition or dymatize? I want to ask if they have harmful effects to our body or not? And some food from which I can take 110-120 grams of protein daily?

Moong,chana,Rajma,eggs boiled,milk products are natural which you can afford,If you r on rigorous training than consult dietician to Fix your calories diet according to your need. Be sure to mention your budget so she may give alternative supplements. All the best.

Yes if used properly. Always allow at least six hours of rest between ab stimulating sessions. The ab stimulator should fit snugly, not tightly. Always read the instructions that come with your particular brand of EMS muscle stimulator before use. Most manufacturers provide special assembly instructions, troubleshooting instructions and warranty information that is beneficial to the consumer.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

I'll suggest to do x ray. Till then 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. Give feedback after 7 days.
